The Context of White Supremacy hosts our weekly caucus on Workplace Racism. This broadcast is uniquely constructed to discuss problem-solving and codifying how black people think, speak, act and manage our emotions while at work. Any listeners who have unearthed the best way to eliminate problems with White and/or non-white co-workers and avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other numerous problems we often experience under White Supremacist working conditions should be first to call in and share particulars. Black "entrepreneurs" are encouraged to share their experiences with Racism being "self employed." We'll hear approaches from listeners as well as individual observations from your own work environment.
