- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5As someone completely new to real estate and that has never owned a property before, I found the book informative.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Highly recommended to newbies interested in this Real Estate niche. It would also serve as a spectacular checklist for people with more experience and likely provide a few tricks and strategies to implement or refine.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5If you’re born into a middle class (like me!), everyone would recommend to just buy ANY property and rent it out to get rich.
What a flawed way of thinking! This book shines a clearer picture into what it takes to be renting property and the history and the best way to approach.
As compact as it is, this book is valuable1 person found this helpful
