And this book reminded me that what I've been doing lately is the opposite of improving my memory, haha. Need to form the habit of proper sleeping and eating, exercise and taking some supplements and oh yes, my beloved coffee, but now, without cream and sugar :(
But it's okay, so long as I can improve my memory again :) - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Thanks to the author of this book, I will now change my routine and diet to improve my memory and to make my brain healthy.

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5It’s a good short book. It feels like a Heath book more then a book about memory but still useful info.

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Got to tell you, it is a simple book. If you have general information or you've read a book/topic/whatsoever about Memory and how to improve it. This might not be your book. It is too short and the information seems to be written by a kid. It doesn't go deeper into any of the tips. I'm still wondering is this really a book?
