Description

New court documents have been released in relation to the Watts family massacre and we're getting new insight into what could've happened on that fateful day. Host Jean Casarez revisits the street the Watts lived on and takes a deeper look at the surveillance camera that may have brought Chris' entire story down. Was he thinking up new scenarios of how his family went missing in those TV interviews? Was he trying to set up an abduction scenario as his defense?

As cops and investigators remain tight-lipped, the Crime & Justice team lifts away the shroud of secrecy in the hunt for new clues. Jean speaks to Kirk Nurmi, Jodi Arias' former attorney, to find out what it's like to be a public defender in such a high-profile case.

Tonight in San Diego, police are searching for the killer of 21-year-old Marine Sergeant Christopher Truax Jr, who was was found shot to death in his car Friday night. Investigators say there was a woman found in the car with him but she is considered to only be a witness, not a suspect. Cops say the woman and Truax knew each other but could not exactly say what their relationship was. Truax, originally from New York, is married and the father of a one-year-old son. There is a $1,000 reward for any information leading to an arrest. via Knit
