Description
Can you relate with feeling uncomfortable in your own skin? I can. Growing up biracial (white mother and black father), I learned early on that society likes being able to fit you into a nice, neat box with a proper label. Being asked "What are you?" at an early age left me feeling confused and questioning my value and self worth. In this episode, I'm diving deep into my own experience of growing up biracial, and the disempowering (and sometimes empowering) stories, perceptions and beliefs that I carried around with me. As we all work towards experiencing a more Abundant Loving Life, our conversations around race are an important part of our personal narratives.
