Kim's Keto Pancakes3 large eggs
1/3 c pure full fat unsweetened coconut milk
1 tbsp. coconut oil1 tsp. Stevia or Splenda (can use drops
)1 tsp. vanilla
¼ tsp. apple cider vinegar
1 ½ c. almond flour
½ tsp. soda
¼ tsp. salt
Mix ingredients and pour into skillet. ENJOY!
