I can’t be sure who you are or what your relationships are like, but I know without a doubt that self-knowledge and kindness can transform and elevate any relationship – whether it’s with your husband of 23 years or the woman who does your manicure every month.
The most popular types of relationship advice out there may make for good reading, but many of them just ask you to look further outside of what’s really important. In this book, I’m going to ask you to turn inward first, and only later, towards your partner.
The book is divided into 6 weeks covering the main pillars of mindful and fulfilling relationships. Every week includes a ''compassion practice'' that allows you to embody the knowledge instead of just read and forget about it as soon as you close the book.
We’ll start with a little look-see at what your relationships actually look like right now. Then we’ll look and work with all the ways that you – and only you! – are in charge of the quality of your relationships.
