Letter To Luana

Introduction

Luana, when you arrived at our community you had many questions and seemed a little anx- ious, so I decided to write you this letter. At your age it is good to question, to doubt, to reflect, and to ask why. The world is not as it is by God’s will, or as the consequence of an unchangeable destiny. Our plight is the result of existing interests and a complex dance of desires and obsessions from which life, happi- ness, love, freedom, inner peace, and even health have been paradoxically excluded. Somehow, humanity be- lieves that this situation is normal.

This absurd situation moved me to decide to use all my energy to help people wake-up. I am not predes- tined to do this, nor do I have messianic dreams; it is just that I cannot be an accomplice to a society that destroys people, animals, plants, and eventually will destroy the planet. I have no idea of the agenda and strategic planning of those who decide the course of hu- manity, but if we continue the way we are going, there will be no water, no food and no place to live. The cities will become unlivable, and insecurity and sickness will prevail. New sicknesses will appear and existing ones will get worse.

Everyone should be made aware of this. Change is urgently needed, but change must include the recovery of awareness, intuition, knowledge of oneself and the wisdom to live well. This is why I am writing, so you will know the world you live in and the principles of our ancestral knowledge called inner work. Ancestral wisdom comes from our grandfathers and grandmothers and was passed to them from their grandparents, who had preserved it. This wisdom is very valuable. Unfortunately, our ancestral knowledge, the knowledge of our grandfathers and grandmothers, was forbidden by the Spanish conquistadors, who did their best to destroy all traces of it. They persecuted, tortured and murdered many men and women of wis- dom. Only a few survived to pass on the secrets and

keys to the ancestral wisdom.

This is why I am writing you. You have been sum- moned to receive the ancestral knowledge, and when the time comes, you will pass it on. You will be in con- tact with the men and women who passed down the ancestral knowledge. Imagine that it is not only me talking to you about life, but also the ancient men and women of wisdom. The knowledge is both new and ancient, and safely guarded for the initiation sessions where apprentices receive the secrets and keys neces- sary for life.

Know in advance that your path will not be easy, as most things of value do not come easily. I hope you are ready to pay the price. Many will turn their backs on you, slander you, and think you have gone insane. You will lose conventional reason, the reason that keeps the others asleep. In fact, from the moment your doubts and questions initiated your search, you began to lose conventional reason. The good news is that gradually you will acquire understanding and insight on another level of consciousness, a level where you reach your own conclusions.

We are free and do not become fanatics following dogma based on supposed truths or develop an exper- tise in religion. When your visit is over, I will have passed on to you the ancestral knowledge, and you will be able to immediately integrate it into your life. And, I will tell you who I am. Don’t waste time, for the pro- cess will be very gradual, but unstoppable.

This letter is a summary of what I will be sharing. Later, there will be more, a second part, but you must experience the first part first. If you decide to dedicate and devote yourself to this journey, I am sure it will be your most exciting voyage. A journey with no return, because once you begin, you will never be the same. This is just the beginning. Are you ready? If so, wel- come. Savor these teachings and revisit them as often as necessary. Some of the knowledge I share will not be clear. You will have to find your own keys to com- prehension, and not all will be accessible at first glance. This is our way of protecting the knowledge from those who would destroy it. I will give you certain teachings outright but others will be for you to synthe- size, to find your own explanations and to use for your own further development.

I want to stress the importance of knowing your dai- ly functional vibratory frequency. Maintain it where it should be and change it when needed, but under no cir- cumstance let it interrupt your growth. Be mindful, like a cat, be mind-full of what you observe. Nothing, I insist, nothing should escape your observation. And remember, the image you have of yourself will change as you grow. To grow implies redesigning oneself as many times as necessary.

Be disciplined without being stiff, and be pas- sionate without being obsessive. Create your own desti- ny, but do not believe it will be safe because you created it. You must develop the lucidity and willpower that are indispensable to direct your own life. Take your destiny, which some say preexists you without your input, into your own hands without fear or shyness, and recycle it, change it, alchemize it, transform it and do with it as you will according to your own evolution.

Become an expert: understand how life works; un- derstand how the mind and brain work and how energy is controlled. As time goes by you will learn how to manage and direct your energy. Eventually you will achieve existential sovereignty. Discovering your own power should humble you.

Make sure your humbleness is not a means or a strategy to some other goal. Humbleness is a transpar- ent vibration, like the garb of the priestess. It is the attitude that inaugurates the ceremony of life. Humble- ness is the enthronement of the sacred, the zone that connects with other realities. Humbleness springs from considering ourselves part of something bigger, and at the same time considering that we are ephemeral and biodegradable beings.

The more you know yourself, the freer you are. Know and learn how to handle your power while recovering your awareness, and this will return the magic.

Do not resist your own reason or try to dismiss it. Learn how to handle it. At times, your reason will be necessary; at other times you will want to abandon it. Immerse yourself in silence and calm your mind, be- come what you do, and enjoy every process. This is what some call meditation, and it consists of the aboli- tion of the subject-object, observer-observed dichoto- mies, giving you the feeling of oneness.

Do not wear yourself down in someone else’s fight. Growth occurs when you fight your own battles. Make sure your trenches are aligned with your mission.

Reduce your needs until you need almost nothing. The less you need the approval of others, the freer you will be and the less dependent on others. Remember at all times that you are alive, and being alive is the most wonderful experience. Do not lower your guard; en- able your life to be spectacular. Be catlike and cultivate your serene awareness.

Taking refuge in silence is essential. Know how and when to do this. Employ meditation as a tool for un- derstanding yourself. We consist of energy, and it is important to learn how to manage it.

Stop being merely a receptor or administrator of ener- gy and become instead a generator of energy. In this way you will activate your potential and learn to be free. Re- member, you are only as free as you are able to manage your energy.

If you do not know yourself, you will not be able to transform yourself and will end up rejecting your growth through your own initiative. You are young, and you must know that man and woman are comple- mentary, but both must have compatible energies.

What we need is to know how to live, to liberate our potential, and this has been ignored by schools and universities. It is clear that these institutions prefer us to be ignorant and easily manipulated. You must learn what is not taught conventionally. You are dedicated to learning, which is why I will share with you the secrets and keys.

After you assimilate these into your life, you will share them with others. Life is a train that rolls along the tracks of solidarity and reciprocity.

Be clear: this is not preparation for the great beyond but rather preparation for a full life, for living in the present with dignity. I ask you to purify your energy, to act with passion and detachment, to live every experience without fear, because what is important is to learn from all that you experience. You do not have to reject the world; be in the world, but remember your world is not the one you inhabit. You know that our philosophy may seem irrational.

In the beginning much may not be understood, but do not worry about this; just keep moving forward, always forward. Did you know that we have a luminous thread that connects our bodies? This thread joins all life forms as a sacred fabric. It connects intentions, feelings and wills. Our luminous thread is activated when we focus, which allows us to save energy and retain more power.

I want to clarify that I am not asking you to live as an indigenous person, but to embody the amautic at- titude. I ask you to live powerfully, to live as though nothing can harm you.

Irrational knowledge is also powerful, but it focuses in a different way. This path of knowledge, which I call Iveshama, exists only to enter your full and powerful life. Today on Earth, there are only a few lucid human beings. This deficit is dangerous because new genera- tions accept it as normal! Civilization has an abnor- mal shape because human evolution was substituted by consumerism, and this so-called progress ends up consuming the consumers. Your life as an apprentice will be challenging and will consist of constant learn- ing without complaint, because to complain is a waste of energy.

Nothing is easy, nothing is difficult; things are nec- essary or unnecessary. At times it is necessary to lose your reason in a controlled way for a short period of time. To be able to do this, you need to activate your in- tuition, which comes from recovering your awareness and observing yourself. This is part of the growth pro- cess. Start the day with meditation, observe yourself throughout the day, and reflect at the end of the day.

When you began your journey of self-discovery, you rejected living while asleep. The moment you decided to find yourself, you became a seeker, and as a seeker you will gradually discover the laws of life. The mo- ment the seeker, with the proper frequency, finds what resonates in his heart, the messages he perceives accelerate his transformation.

And at this moment, the apprentice is born as one who complies with the laws of life. If you stay on this path and learn from all that happens to you, the woman warrior, who enjoys obeying the laws of life, will be born. If as a woman warrior you continue increasing your consciousness, you will reach the amautic stage, where you will transcend the laws of life and become a woman of wisdom. But, for now, be the apprentice, one who learns from all that happens, who grows from ev- erything that happens, who knows that life is a school of growth and evolution.

We have the possibility of rising or falling, wearing light or darkness, activating our power or being out of control and lacking self-governance. We have the pos- sibility to make the most of this life or waste it. It is best not to tell others how to live, just show them by your attitude the nature of life.

There is a secret at the beginning of your path, and I want to share it with you. You are part of the light; this is your zenith. The power is in your center, and your center is a vibratory frequency. You are a branch of the Universe, and as a woman you incarnate the creative forces. Luana, be who you are, a powerful woman and at the same time a seed for awareness and magic. To learn how to live is to know how to understand the unknown. There is nothing supernatural and this con- cept belongs to the world of those who sleep. The idea of the supernatural belongs to those who ignore their power and lack awareness.

Why spend energy being unhappy or harming oth- ers? Why does the new generation expend energy on unhealthy habits? Wasting energy is abusing one self. Learning how to be happy is the first step in attempt- ing to manage energy. Being happy saves energy.

Then you can learn from all that happens, and become stron- ger from any adversity. Advancing along the path of knowledge will give you inner peace, and the aware- ness to know what must be done at the right moment and in the right way. The acquisition of a vision implies the understanding of a mission and your evolution. There are many important things in life, but nothing should be so important as your own life. Let nothing pull you out of your center because outside your center you will lose your power and will be unprotected and- lose your vision.

Make sure you become stronger with each adver- sity, for if you do not, you will be destroyed. To live involves awareness, power, intuition and the handling of energy with the goal of achieving self-control. Hav- ing existential sovereignty will bring back a good taste for life. Finally, you will be able to handle your life as you wish. Here are two things to remember: no one can reach your center without your consent; this is your refuge, and not learning how to live is to live in hell.

For a visual understanding, imagine life as a build- ing: happiness lives on the first floor, love on the sec- ond, freedom on the third, peace on the fourth, and on the rooftop resides health. Health is a consequence of the other four. Unhappiness and all the negative emo- tions live in the basement.
