- Does the idea of being your own boss sound appealing to you?
- Is the thought of sharing your corner of the world with guests intriguing?
- Have you ever thought about owning your own hotel, resort or inn, but are not sure where to start?
If you have answered YES to any of these questions, this book is for you.
- It is designed to get you started if you have dreams of becoming a successful hotel, resort or inn proprietor.
- I'll take you through the process of finding the right location.
- Explain why you need an organizational strategy for your hotel, resort or inn.

- Help you develop an operation manual and show you how it works.
- And what you need to know about outsourcing?
As a travel authority with decades of hotel, resort and inn visitation experience, I wanted to share my expertise and knowledge with the potential hotel, resort or inn owners who do not have the benefit of a ready-made organizational structure, branding and marketing that chain properties provide.

D:\How to Write a Book\Books\Bed & Breakfast\Start-BW.jpg––––––––
For the sake of this book, I’m going to assume you’re starting from scratch, that the idea of owning your own independent hotel, resort, or inn, is a new concept.
Let’s go through a step by step process
Sleep around
Visit other hospitality properties in the area you’re considering to open.
Talk with the owners and find out their pros and cons.
Don’t be rushed to find the right location
If you’re dealing with the real estate agent, find one that’s willing to take the time to find you the best deal. If you feel you’re being pressured them, my first instinct is to always walk
