Chapter 1: Breakfast Recipes
Apple Dumplings
Ingredients
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 small apples
2 tbsp. of each:
-Raisins
-Melted butter
2 sheets puff pastry
Directions
1) Program the Air Fryer to 356ºF.
2) Peel and remove the core of the apples. Mix the sugar and raisins. Arrange each apple on one of the pastry sheets and fill with the sugar and raisins mixture.
3) Fold the pastry over until the apple and raisins are fully covered. Place them onto a piece of foil. Brush them with the melted butter.
4) Set the time for 25 minutes and cook until browned to your liking.
Yields: 1-2 Servings
Baked Eggs in a Bread Bowl
Ingredients
4 large eggs
4 dinner rolls – crusty
4 tbsp. of each:
-Heavy cream
-Mixed herbs – for ex. Chopped tarragon, chives parsley
