About this ebook

What does God say about how to best handle negative emotions?

It's simple...God's Word in the Bible.

The Bible is the ultimate instruction book for life!

Our country is no longer based on God's Word in the Bible. Many of us have forgotten God's instructions. Many more of us never knew them.

God tells us how to handle all situations right there.

He's not giving us those instructions as a form of control...it's the opposite.

Living a life based on the Bible gives you more abundance, more freedom, more peace, happiness, and yes, more trials and tribulations.

He uses those trials and tribulations to make us stronger and increase our faith, so that we can help others do the same.

That's how you solve most of the epidemics that plague not only this country, but the world.

Unfortunately, this world is heading towards the rule of the Antichrist for a brief period of time during the Tribulation, but this doesn't mean that you need to abandon God's Word.

We should be living closer to God's word, as we are getting closer to His return!

    Chapter 1:

    Ah Aaaaaaaah!!!

The late comedic legend, Sam Kinison, was one of the most vile, politically incorrect comedians ever.

His comedy routine wasted no time going from 0-200 miles an hour; it was a 40,000+ horsepower dragster, and he floored it everytime.

He also floored a lot of audiences.

I’m sure he turned a lot of people off.

I admired his fearlessness and willingness to go all the way in his comedic performances.

    All out.

    He didn’t dance around anything.

    No fluff.

I’m not condoning or saying this is a great way for anyone to live either; he could be very funny at times, but it also contributed to a self destructive life.

    Venting like that is appealing...

It’s almost laughable how horribly I have failed here when I read the scriptures and see how God says to handle negativity and anger.

What does God have to say about this?

    Ephesians 4:26-27 (NKJV)

26 Be angry, and do not sin: do not let the sun go down on your wrath, 27 nor give place to the devil.

James 1:19-20 New King James Version (NKJV)

    Qualities Needed in Trials

19 So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath; 20 for the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God.

James 4:1-2 New King James Version (NKJV)

    Pride Promotes Strife

4 Where do wars and fights come from among you? Do they not come from your desires for pleasure that war in your members? 2 You lust and do not have. You murder and covet and cannot obtain. You fight and war. Yet you do not have because you do not ask.

    Ephesians 4:29 (NKJV)

29 Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.

    Then in verse 30-31...

30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. 31 Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice.

    Deuteronomy 31:6 (NKJV)

6 Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of
