Introduction
Pain will always be an uncomfortable yet important factor in our lives. There are many different types of pain that we experience: the pain of losing a loved one, the pain of regret, the pain of success, the pain of despair, the pain of life, the pain of self, emotional pain, mental pain, spiritual pain, and the pain of betrayal. How we handle it will determine what we will become and the outcome of our future. We can allow our pain to either make us or break us. A life without pain is a life not lived. Pain is not easy, and it’s definitely not a comfortable and pleasant feeling, and everyone will experience some version of it in their life, but once you understand how to use it to better you, your life will become more fruitful and productive. If channeled properly, it can be used to develop you, make you stronger and wiser, and reach your full potential. I have experienced different types of pain and on many different levels till sometimes I can’t believe I’m still standing. Some I’ve brought on myself, some life dealt me, but in the overall process, it made be a better and stronger person.
This is my story of how I have dealt with and overcome the different types of pain in my life, and I hope that my story will encourage and give strength to those who are dealing with it to allow it to mold them into someone spectacular. My goal is to encourage people to turn their pain into power so they too can reach their destiny. My name is Lonnie Whitaker, and this is my story.

Also, in Galatians 5:22: But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness.
So, if we are to give and experience love, then what is the purpose of
