About this ebook

God is ready to set you on top if you obey His commands. Apostle Peter told our Lord. “Master, we have toiled all might and caught nothing, nevertheless at your word I will let down the net” (Luke 5:5). It is important to note that God looks at the heart of anyone before He blesses him. “And when they had done this, they caught a great number of fish, and their net was breaking. So they signaled to their partners in the other boat to come and help them. And they came and filled both the boats, so that they began to sink”. Luke 5:6-7.
God is ever ready to help us but He needs our maximum cooperation. His reward is with Him. At the end, God performs unusual miracle to prove to all that all power belong to Him (Psalm 62:11). In the case of the wedding, the end of the wedding became a better celebration. Christ is a celebrity and He wants to make us celebrities if we obey Him sheepishly. It is amazing to state that every day introduces another dimension to the character of Jesus Christ. If you want to obey and get your blessings, you should try and carry out the simple instructions you are given. I say simple instructions because serving God is easy. Other kingdoms shed blood but Christ paid the ultimate sacrifice and so it is needless to kill anything to get our prayers answered (Isaiah 65:24; 62:6-7) Christ has done all things well. That is why we should involve Him in all we do. He never disappoints and He will never disappoint (John 10:10).
“And they were astonished beyond measure, saying, “He has done all things well. He makes both the deaf to hear and the mute to speak.” Mark 7:37. If He makes everything possible, your case will not be different. What you need to do is to trust and believe and wait patiently upon Him, for at the right time He will settle you (1 Peter 5:5-10). Nothing can stop Him from blessing the righteous ones. He is watching His word to perform it. The problem with people is doubt and unbelief.
Again in Genesis 12:1-3; God instructed Abraham to leave his nation of the Chaldeans to a new location. He obeyed God and left every one and followed God sheepishly and it was accounted for him as righteousness.
“Now the LORD had said to Abram. “Get out of your country, from your family and from your father’s house, to a land that I will show you. I will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great and you shall be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses you and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed”. Genesis 12:1-3.
The destiny of the Israelites was tied to sheepish obedience to God. So it is for all nations that want to achieve greatness. People have no other choice than to obey God in all things. The hope of mankind and the destiny of man is tied to sheepish obedience to the word of God. God is a faithful and true God, who is ready to bless His people at all times. The gates of hell will never prevail against anyone who obeys God.
Abraham obeyed God, followed God and worshiped God in all situations. He did not waver in his faith in the face of barrenness. When Isaac was born, God still tested the faith of Abraham when he was told to sacrifice Isaac his son to God. He obeyed God and God proved His Omni-Potence by providing a substitute lamb. “Then the Angel of the LORD called to Abraham a second time out of heaven, and said: “By myself I have sworn, says the LORD because you have done this thing and have not withheld your son, your only son – blessing I will bless you, and multiplying will multiply your descendants as the stars of the heaven as the sand which is on the seashore and your descendants shall possess the gate of their enemies”. “In your seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed, because you have obeyed my voice”. Genesis 22: 16-18. This classical example should be emulated all over the world.
