    As Warren Buffett once said, "Chains of habits are too light to be felt until they are too heavy to be broken." That is the case for worries and stress too. What I like about this book is the practicality.

    Very actionable. You can literally live some of these advice immediately after reading it if you're an action taker. Kudos!

    This is a really good book. I recomend it for everyone. It can help change your life. This was written many yearsmago but the premise still holds up. Highly recomended.
