About this ebook

There is a path for transformation. Do you want to find out Who You Really Are?

This book is about rediscovering of Who I Am. It is about the physical space I live in, the body. It is about the dynamics of energy in my body and around me, about my emotions and their dynamics. It is about the mind's constructs. And finally, it is a glimpse over the matrices of everything, the consciousness and the governing laws of the universe.

"I sculpted in the physical space, I sculpted in the mind and the imagination. I sculpted with my emotions, my hurts, and pleasures, my fear and courage, my pride and gratitude. The sculpture is not perfect and it can still be subject to transformation. I am a dynamic sculpture. What attracts me is what I sculpt. What I sculpt is what I attract."

Thank you for being part of this universe and for sharing the same time and space on this planet :)

    Sculptor

We are the sculptors of our own selves,

We carve out the paths that we follow,

We are the sculptors of our children,

We carve out dramas and romances,

    We are each other’s sculptors,

We use the heart to carve into the heart,

And further still into the consciousness,

We are the sculptors of heaven and the universe,

We are tireless sculptors using our hearts,

    And upon returning home,

We admire the plethora of sculptures,

And we understand – we were but tools,

The tools that love itself used to carve into life.

    Questions

Why is all this happening to me?

    What have I done wrong?

Why are my present experiences traumatizing?

    What hurts inside?

What lies behind these questions? Could it be that I don’t know myself, my true self?

All these questions come down to one final question:

    Who am I?

Have you ever asked yourself these questions? Are you curious to find the answer to the big Who Am I question?

If you are experiencing all this, then you might want to consider the following aspects of life on this planet, in this space, time, energy and consciousness.

    Who Am I?

    Who are you truly?

Are you a human being? Are you a body? Are you a man or a woman? Are you a father? Are you a mother? Are you a cog in a more complex machine such as the family or society? Are you an agent? Are you a thinker and an analyzer? Are you a feeler? Are you an observer?

    Who are you truly?

The only one who holds the answer to this question is you. The answer to this question must arise from your own experience. You are the only one who can find your true self, the highest version of yourself is yours to realize as the answer is written in the deepest layers of your being. You will fine-tune your inner eye and then you will be able to do a better and more in-depth reading of those values that truly define you and guide you through life along the bright path.

    Awareness

The process starts with becoming aware of the current state that I am in. Awareness is often triggered by a crisis of the self or a traumatizing situation or event – or one perceived as traumatizing – which alters the regular context of one’s personal life. These events question the values currently underlying one’s personal existence and trigger a process of analyzing the factors that lead to personal transformation.

    Acceptance

At first, I focus on the external factors that triggered the events. Focusing on the external factors helps me observe the effects of my actions. But if my aim is to analyze the causes of my current situation, I need to focus on the internal factors. Any situation I might end up in – whether good or bad – is actually rooted in my inner self. Accepting this truth puts me in a position to discover my true self and to uncover the true values that my self needs to rely on.

Non-acceptance means shutting myself up in an increasingly traumatizing situation that will still ultimately lead me to acceptance, but this acceptance will be conditioned by increasingly traumatizing factors, with increasingly physical manifestations.

    Taking responsibility

There are people who have completed their self-knowledge journey and who could serve as my guides, inspiring me, showing me the way through their own example, sharing the experience of self-knowledge and the richness of the place they are in at the moment on their own path. Yet these guides cannot make the journey for me, and they do not
