Pancakes with raisins
Ingredients
250ml milk
10 g dry yeast
100g lard
2 eggs
500g common flour
60g sugar
1 teaspoon salt
100g raisins
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons impalpable sugar
Preparation
Heat the milk until it is warm. Mix the yeast with 2 tablespoons of the warm milk in a bowl and stir until dissolved. Let stand for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl place the sugar with the flour and mix well.
Place the melted butter in the center of the bowl with the dry ingredients, and then add the yeast and the rest of the milk. Mix well until smooth, but not sticky. Finally, add the raisins.
Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let stand for 90 minutes.
Knead the dough over the floured surface. Cut the dough into round or long shapes and let them stand again for another 90 minutes, covered with the cling film.
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. While the pancakes are baked, prepare the glaze by mixing the milk with the sugar. Place in a small saucepan over medium heat and let it boil.
Remove the pancakes from the oven and top them immediately with the glaze.

160ml hot water
250g flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
Preparation
In a large bowl dissolve honey and yeast in hot water. Let stand until creamy for about
