    To start I have to say I'm not vegan, and I've never considered going vegan. I'm a full on carnivore.

    Having said that, I have to admit that I AM going to do this cleanse. Melissa has convinced me about the positive results, and the recipes look so delicious.
    I'm pretty sure I will add meat and fish back into my diet after the detox, but I don't think I will feel deprived. I'm excited to start my prep week tomorrow. I love all the tools Melissa gives every day. This isn't just a diet with recipes and food guides, instead it is a full lifestyle change, with affirmations, daily journal writing, reflection and meditation. It's the whole package needed to deal with food cravings and sugar addiction and make it through the detox and withdrawals.

    I'm very excited about this book. the whole program is extremely well thought out and presented.
