Some people still quiver at the mention of the name, Lee Boyd Malvo.
They will never forget those three horrifying weeks the teenager and his adult accomplice, John Allen Muhammad, took our nation through in October 2002.
The Beltway snipers randomly shot and killed 10 people and critically injured three others who were going about their everyday lives in the Washington, D.C., area. The victims were mowing grass, pumping gas, walking along a street or simply sitting on a bench reading a book.
