      This book concisely goes through several steps you can take to help your children develop into successful, happy, resilient adults. It offers examples and suggestions, making it easy to take action. I highly recommend.

      Being a parent it was enriching to learn new approaches. I missed incorporating some of the techniques shared by the researchers and regret not having read such an informative book. I'll always check on new books by Abbey Beathan.
