Timothy Moore​ is a Korean American writer and instructor living outside Chicago. He has work published in McSweeney's, Midnight Breakfast, Ghost Ocean Magazine, and the Chicago Reader, among others. He is a Kundiman and Luminarts Fellow, and has had a Hinge Arts Residency. He has worked at a number of independent bookstores and universities and has his MFA in Creative Writing from Roosevelt University.

    I have chosen the vegan recipes and am about 4 weeks in. Enjoying foods I don't normally eat. For the most part, everything is delicious with lots of flavor. I find the portions small but hey; I'm trying to lose weight too. I'm staying on tract perhaps due to the variety of foods. I usually dedicate a day to cooking recipes and eat leftovers for a few days since they are usually based on 4 servings and I am single. Well worth a try!

    I love this audio book...I have several conditions as well as chronic pain and some days I just can't move or I need a distraction. On the bad days and plenty of the good too, I listen to fantasy books and imagine having a life inside that book and being swept up in the story. My meds can make it hard for me to concentrate enough to physically read so audible is the next best thing??
