Pretty Interesting book to read! Very, very detailed and concise summary. Dave Asprey is known as a lifestyle guru and while his methods could be extreme at times, we cannot deny that they are effective. Good knowledge bombs in this book!
  • (5/5)
If there was a prize for writing the word "mitochondria" in a book, Dave Asprey would be the winner by a MILE. That's not such a bad thing, since he's teaching people how to hack their biology, with mitochondria as the basis of that, but wow - the last time I saw the word written so much was in high school biology.

Outstanding and great contents to read with a clear details
  • (5/5)
I thoroughly enjoyed this one from the start (I missed my subway stop reading) to the finish. Impressive
  • (5/5)
The book is quite enlightening, using data and science to get down to the details and information that we need to not only perform at a level that society would deem as average but be able to truly excel in whatever we do.
  • (5/5)
The book is well structured and easy to read. There’s lots of detail about how the body works for those who are interested, but for those who just want to know what to do to improve their energy levels they can skip straight to the second half.

The book "Head Strong" focuses primarily on helping mitochondria become more efficient, which has an overall, systemic impact on our bodies, minds, and ultimately lives. I would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their energy and health. Great summary!
