"Ultimately, happiness comes down to choosing between the discomfort of becoming aware of your mental afflictions and the discomfort of being ruled by them." – Robert Wright
Robert Wright knocks it out of the park creating a book that uses psychology, philosophy and neuroscience to defense the claims of buddhism and provide proof of their arguments. It definitely teaches you a lot of just about everything, but most importantly, it helps you to live a happy life.
Why Buddhism is True will teach you the terrible truth of our nature but also gives you a way to conquer it.

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5My favorite book! It's the perfect book for the cultural moment we're in.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I enjoy almost all of Thich Nhat Hanh's books and this one is a keeper. I know some of his material can be repetitious, but this volume is a relaxing read. Many words of wisdom and gentle guidance.
