It is an excellent overview in a compressed space and covers quite a bit of nutrition information based around carbs and protein not generally so well covered.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Don’t really wanna spoil the book but here’s one big truth that is said: most models that we see online (like those amazingly toned body that all the guys drool at), they all lift. They train like crazy and they lift weight with a little cardio.
It’s not just doing cardio over and over again. I’m a man and this book equipped me with the knowledge to help the women around me to figure out how to tone their body.
