    Personal Biography by Maurice Osborn My name is Maurice Earl Osborn. I was born at Benton Harbor, Michigan in 1948. That makes me a retired senior citizen with an adult son and daughter and an adorable granddaughter. I began researching the UFO phenomenon extensively in 1985. This was a most remarkable period for revelations regarding the extraterrestrial presence on Earth. Linda Moulton Howe was reporting on animal mutilations, Whitley Strieber was describing alien abductions in his book “Communion”, and President Reagan was telling the world about how mankind would unite under a threat from outer space. Government Involvement I began by investigating the U.S. government's involvement with the extraterrestrial presence here. This was a time when the “Majestic Documents” were being disclosed, the “Dulce Papers” revealed information about a joint human and alien underground base and John Lear reported on events at Area 51. In 1995, I wrote my first textbook regarding extraterrestrials, titled "Alien Life Forms". I also lectured and produced videos regarding my research into how the U.S. Government has handled the extraterrestrial presence here. Crop Circles In 2001, I became interested in the crop circle phenomenon when I realized the significance of a formation at Chilbolton, England in relation to a message that was created by Dr. Carl Sagan and broadcast into space back in 1975. This new formation described the appearance, home worlds, and method of communication of an extraterrestrial race of beings. This also described the composition of their bodies, their height, and their population. In 2002 I produced a documentary video about crop circles and the hidden messages that were discovered in them, titled "Alien Messages". This described how I deciphered a digital message that was found in a crop formation in England at Crabwood Farmhouse. The formation appeared to be of an extraterrestrial entity that was holding out a disk with the message on it, which said, “Beware the bearers of false gifts and their broken promises. Much pain but still time. Believe. There is good out there. We oppose deception. Conduit closing.” In August of 2004, I and five other people from England placed a message in a crop formation at Market Lavington, England with the farmer’s permission. It stated, “We welcome all who respect our free will. If you choose to help, then help us to help ourselves. There is good here too. We look for a reply.” Although there has not been a reply to this message found in any subsequent crop circle formation, there has been a response. In September of 2008 at Avebury Down, England, an elaborate cross pattern was discovered in a crop formation with a dot pattern next to it that spelled out the word “Believe” in the same way as before. Malevolent Contacts These messages of hope and concern have filled me with a desire to find the good “out there” and to become aware of the bad. Unfortunately, I became aware of a non-human evil presence in a very personal and disturbing way when I was abducted in 2005. I awoke one morning to find that I had a bloody nose. While attempting to blow out whatever was causing the bleeding, a small capsule was expelled into the sink and then it fell down the drain. I immediately realized that these were symptoms of an alien abduction experience from my many years of research. I underwent regression therapy where I recalled the abduction experience by gray-skinned, large headed beings with big black eyes. I am now able to remember how this being held an instrument with its long fingers while a device was implanted deep into my brain through my nose. I resent this very much as a violation of my basic human rights. Unfortunately, I am not the only person to have been abducted and violated against their will. Benevolent Contacts I also researched and reported on many benevolent appearing alien races and their contacts. I found the alien contact case of Eduard “Billy” Meier with beings from the Pleiades star cluster to be the most compelling. I wrote the book “The Essence of the Notes” because I felt that it was important to make his contact notes more accessible to a wider range of people. It presents the notes of the first 76 encounters that Mr. Meier has had in an easy to read manner and arranged according to the topics discussed. Revelations The book, “Alien Security: Beware” is my way of bringing to light what the U.S. Government has been doing about the extraterrestrial presence here since the crash of a UFO near Roswell, New Mexico in 1947. This reveals how alien beings have been allowed to violate our airspace, abduct people against their will, and conduct secret experiments in underground facilities as well as mutilate our animals completely unabated by those who are sworn to protect us. I also wrote a sequel book entitled “Alien Security: Freedom”, which picks up from where the other book ended in 1988 and continues into our future. The first half of this book shows what it is like to travel through the universe and live on a wonderful planet in the Pleiades star cluster. This was based upon descriptions provided by Pleiadian human beings in my first book, “The Essence of the Notes”. The second half of the book depicts a way in which humanity could free itself from the malevolent aliens that are here among us. Having personal experience with both benevolent and malevolent alien beings has given me a unique perspective on this whole phenomenon. While I welcome open and consensual contact with extraterrestrial races that respect our free will and are willing to help us to help ourselves, I also care about preserving freedom and self-determination for all mankind on Earth. This means, exposing the atrocities being conducted against humanity so that we can rid our planet of these self-serving extraterrestrials and prosecute those who permit this disgraceful and illegal conduct to continue.

      Preface

      The title of this book as The Prior Secret Space Program refers to an existing organization known as the Secret Space Program. However, since the author, Jason Rice, has provided a disclosure of that program, the title is intended to reveal that the Secret Space Program is not a secret any more. The image on the front cover illustrates many types of secret craft that travel in outer space. The front cover also contains a warning that this book is only suitable for mature readers. The reason for that is because it contains very disturbing information that only mature readers would be prepared to learn.

      This document is based upon a Cosmic Disclosure internet program at www.gaia.com. It was hosted by Jay Weidner who interviews a person by the name of Jason Rice. This person was a member of a Secret Space Program. He has stated that he is coming forward now to disclose that there are thousands of other people who are also involved with this program that is known as 20 and Back. He feels that the stories of some who gave the ultimate sacrifice for humanity and have not come back need to be told.

      It is his belief that there needs to be a full disclosure of what humanity has done in secret programs so that we can heal and grow from it. Jason also has concerns for the safety of those that he loves and cares about deeply. He has memories of what he went through and he is more compelled to expose this than he is for his own safety. Jason passed a polygraph test that showed he was telling the truth about his experiences.

      Jason Rice

      During the childhood of Jason Rice, he was a gifted escape artist and the police had to keep returning him to his parents. He was enrolled in a university behavioral program that forced him to obey under behavioral management. That program was a recruiting arm of the My Lab program that identified him as an intuitive empathic person. An empath is someone that knows things without being told or experienced it beforehand. It is not mind reading, but the ability to feel what others are feeling and to know why they feel that way.

      While attending grade school, he would be secretly picked up and taken away for mind control training. Jason Rice then attended the Florida Institute of Technology under a 4 year engineering scholarship. He was awarded the engineering scholarship by the United States Army and he was commissioned as an officer in the Army with a Bachelor of Science degree.       Preparations

      The My Lab program is a military abduction program to prepare people for entry into the Secret Space Program. At the time when he was taken for this program, he just thought he was able to go on special field trips with 3 to 5 other children. They worked on puzzles in teams of 2 or 3, but they were never allowed to talk with each other. They were being trained to work together with their empathic abilities to solve problems.

      This training sought to make better soldiers or operatives of the children who were able to pick out things within five or more environments. There were medications that were used on them to improve their empathic abilities and to also have them forget what happened. False memories were also implanted in the children to prevent others from knowing what they were doing.

      There was trauma used in order to learn what their fears were and they were flooded with those fears. Virtual reality was used for trauma training in order to have the children experience fearful situations to desensitize them to those fears. Afterwards, they would wipe their minds and give screen memories, but they still had nightmares of those fears.

      During the night, they took Jason from his home to closed malls in order to have him perform immediate action combat drills. He would participate in games with lazar weapons and wore suits that reacted whenever he was being shot. He was forced to team up with other talented children and gang up on others. They learned to organize themselves symbiotically. The training continued for 8 years until
