About this ebook

This is an informative "how to" book about how busy people who lead active lives can diet, exercise, lead healthy lifestyles and maintain a positive outlook on themselves and on life.  While anyone can say "eat carrots and exercise 8 hours a day" the goal of this book is to always be aware of the time constraints that many working men and women face.  How to find the right balance between healthy and hectic lifestyles is one of the major themes discussed in this book.

You take a look in the mirror and realize you’ve stopped taking care of yourself. You’re stuck in a body you dislike or feel unattractive with. You’ve stopped shaving your legs because you would never want to wear shorts or skirts in fear of how big your thighs look. Demanding bosses, impossible deadlines and a heavy workload has left you feeling worn and tired, so you resort to processed meals or order a takeaway and relax with a few glasses of wine.  You constantly skip breakfast and grab high-calorie snack foods to cheer you up and give yourself a much needed break. Late nights in the office or simply being exhausted generally leads to ditching your usual exercise and replacing it with slouching on the sofa in front of the TV.

Also, after a long day at work, a large portion of us just don't crave investing time in the kitchen cooking a solid supper.

Whether we work in a shut office, are continually out and about or invest days in schools or clinics, getting thinner and working can
