    When two FBI field agents go missing in this area, Agent Asa Clark is sent to Montana to lead the investigation. Being a Salish Indian, Asa finds it easy to relate with the local population. During the investigation, she finds Gabriel Kimble a very attractive young rancher. Unfortunately, his brother David and his sister-in-law Jane do not warm to her company. Meanwhile, Todd Gibson, who wants out of Montana goes over Asa’s head and advises the deputy director in Salt Lake City of Asa’s lax attitude about the investigation. Deputy Director Jennifer Shepherd and a team of FBI descend on the town of Kalispell to sort out the murder of her agents. She and twenty other agents are killed when a bomb reduces the Kalispell’s field office to rubble. Gabriel, David, Jane and Grandpa Joe Kimble are soon arrested. When Ezekiel Warren, the Kimble neighbor is about to be arrested, he takes refuge in the court house and opens fire. An FBI sniper takes him down before he has time to escalade his rampage. As soon as Gabriel is cleared of all charges he goes on a quest to find his lost love, Asa Clark. Will she be able to forgive him for his family committing multiple murders on her fellow FBI agents and friends?
