Ciam is based in Belmore in Sydney and the Granato family is the only authorized teachers of this method in the country. They offer courses in patternmaking using the unique Ciam method developed in Italy by the Guarino Family – called Scuola Centro Moda Students at Ciam Australia (pronounced Cham) use special Ciam rulers, Ciam Books, manuals and Italian Fashion Magazines plus many other sources for inspiration
