I think that this book was translated from another language because it uses words like "speedy" instead of "fast" and "afternoon" instead of "a day". This book was definitely not given to a human editor. The difficulty in reading it led me to flip through it to find good content and that was a challenge. I do not recommend this book.

I got the gist of the idea but the book was not written to read in any depth at all. I do not recommend this book at all, just look elsewhere for information on this topic.
