    Sandwich

    Salmon Stew

    Ingredients

    one tbsp olive oil

    four cloves garlic

    one onion

    one tomato

    one can pink salmon

    two and half cups water

    bay leaf

    salt and black pepper

    one tsp fish sauce

    Directions

    Let’s begin! Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

    Chop the garlic and onion and mix them. Cook until the onion has softened and turned semi-transparent, approximately 5 minutes.

    Add the tomato and cook until softened, after that add the salmon.

    Flake the salmon and cook about 3 minutes.

    Add in the water salt, pepper, fish sauce, and bay leaf and bring to a boil. Stir and cook about 20-23 minutes.

    Hawaiian Tuna Sandwich

    Ingredients

    four hamburger buns

    two tbs butter

    one can tuna chunks in olive oil

    one tbsp lemon juice

    one dash chili powder

    one cup shredded lettuce

    one cup shredded mozzarella

    four canned pineapple circles

    salt and black pepper

    Directions

    Toast hamburger buns and butter them on both sides. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

    Pour out half of the olive oil from the tuna. Mix the tuna and remaining part of the oil. Add the lemon juice, chili powder, salt, pepper. Blend it well. Put in each toasted bun tuna. Then fill shredded lettuce, mozzarella
