A slow cooker is a simple device made up of a cooking pot along with a lid surrounded by a metal housing which has a heating element. The slow unattended cooking is undoubtedly a convenience when you've got little time to waste in your kitchen fixing dinners.
The slow cooker is actually a top quality slow cooker designed particularly for flavor enhancing. This is the process experienced chefs use to enhance and deepen the flavors of food by using the same pot to cook different foods that will then dramatically add to the flavoring of the entire meal.
The Paleo diet offers an extensive guide to live a life that is geared toward greater health. It looks to the past fifty years of the western world’s history, scratches its metaphorical head, and ponders: what has gone wrong? Why is the world riddled with disease, with obesity, with diabetes, and with depression? And it offers a solution, rooted in how you eat your food and nurture yourself. Have we all been doing it wrong?
