    Divya Bhatia - Author

The idea and inspiration for bringing out My Vegetarian Journey came from my husband Rajesh who always motivated me to share my love for great food and cooking experiences with our friends. What better way other than this !

This recipe book is a mixture of cuisines mainly from Dera Ismail Khan (now in Pakistan), Rajasthan, Karnataka & Punjab.

I inherited the Art of cooking from my Mother (North Indian food) my Mother-in-law, born in Jaipur and who lived in Karnataka for more than 18 years.

Although some of the recipes are commonly prepared in every house, may be my method of making them, may make them more delicious ! For convenience of readers, the ingredients mentioned in the book for all the Recipes are for serving 4 persons only. You may change the quantity according to your requirements. The type & category of recipes are mentioned with every dish.

    Enjoy the recipes.
