Who else but Apostle Hans Blunk could write this book, From a Prisoner to a Messenger? He actually knows what he is talking about; he has experienced everything that is included in this book! And he undoubtedly is a mighty man of God, called by Him to serve Him among the nations.

His calling into the office of an apostle is a genuine one, though he had faced some unrecognising from a few ministers who did not discern in time what the Lord has decided to do with Apostle Hans Blunk. Was it not the same with the Apostle Paul in the first times of the Church? Yet in the same way as Apostle Paul continued working hard spreading the Gospel all over a great part of the Roman Empire from Jerusalem to Rome, Apostle Hans Blunk too has continued ministering in the power of God everywhere the Lord sends him without ever considering what men could say of think about his calling.

And with this calling, God has also provided him with the spiritual gifts of prophecy, of healing, and of discerning of spirits, with a special grace in deliverance. This book contains just a few testimonies of his workings in God’s power, and it is worth reading, since it is likely to help convince the heathen of the mighty power of Jesus Christ, to enhance the faith of Christians, and to encourage God’s servants in the respective ministries and their work with and for God.

And the book is also full of highly useful advices and teachings for anybody who wants to have a closer communion with God or to live a successful Christian life.

In a nutshell I can just tell you that this book is a real blessing for everybody; one cannot afford not reading it!

About the Apostle

Apostle Hans Blunk was born in Germany during World War II as the second Son of Johannes and Helene Blunk in a small Village with the Name of Malente—Gremsmuehlen in the Province Schleswig-Holstein

He started to work at the age of 11 years in a Bakery as a Delivery boy and later he did undergo the apprenticeship as a baker and confectioner at the same place. This was necessary for the survival of the family after the World War II.

After serving the German Army (Deutsche Bundeswehr) he immigrated to South Africa at the age of 21

Giving his hart to the Lord in Dec.1965 in Malvern South Africa (Durban) at Past. Freddy Roberts Church

The first Call from God came to him in 1967 in Rotterdam, (Netherlands) but he was running like Jonah away

(Jon 1:3) But Jonah rose up to flee unto Tarshish from the presence of the LORD, and went down to Joppa; and he found a ship going to Tarshish: so he paid the fare thereof, and went down into it, to go with them unto Tarshish from the presence of the LORD.

He got married to his first wife, who gave birth to the children Daniel, Daniela and Tanja, but this marriage lasted only 7 years.

Went behind the Irion curtain. With a friend, to smuggle bibles into Romania. Has been court, at the border to Romania and got arrested together with his friend and brother, everything had been taken away. Came back to South Africa in 1979 and lived there from this time on and got married in 1982 to his wife Renee and they have two lovely daughters, they are now happy married for the past 30 years and serving together the Lord

(Josh 24:15 KJV) And if it seems evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day that ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell:

but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.

Still not prepared to follow the Call of God, like with Jonah God had to doe something, he was preaching in his spare time, Ministered the AFM Church Mohlakeng for two years, was also the Leader of the AFM Church Evander for two years, but this was not the calling.

It took him 33 years to start to follow the calling of God; many mischief’s could be spared, by listening to the voice of God.

God allowed him to travel to the DRC (Congo)for a business trip as Food adviser, were he was imprisoned and sentenced to death, he was accused being a spy, were he learned to follow the full call of the living God. Go to Web: surge for HANS BLUNK

In the present he is working in 24 different African Countries with a Call from God as Apostle, with an apostolic mission.

Reformation starts within us.

He recognizes that all true spiritual authority is based in relationship, first with Christ and then with men of God, his desire is to be obedient in action to what God told him to do, to see the body of Christ fully equipped to do the work of ministry empowered and activated by the Holy Spirit. To the one authentic apostolic Christianity and establishing one Holy Apostolic Catholic Church. This is the dream of the Apostle to come through.

Introduction

(Deut 30:19) I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life that both thou and thy seed may live:

It could be you and your family. Or the family next door.

Or the person who works with you. Whosoever it may be, their life is a history of disappointments, frustrations, and even tragedies. Somehow the story never ends.

Conversely, we all know families who are similar in background and social position, and yet trouble never seems to touch them. They are almost too good to be true. In both cases, there, are invisible forces at work which determine each persons destiny, whether for the better or for the worse. The bible identifies these respectively as a blessing and curses. You can choose either one of those.

Furthermore, it shows us how to relate to these forces in such a way that we can enjoy the beneficial effects of the one and protect ourselves from the harmful effects of the other.

A spiritual understanding of both blessing and curse, apostolic and prophetic, and how they work, will give you a totally new perspective on your life, and an answer to problems that have hitherto perplexed and frustrated you.

Our Prayer is that you will receive the blessings of God through this book and it shall release you, and help you to find your way in Christ, into full liberty which is our inheritance in Jesus Christ.

God has accepted you like you are, make peace with yourself, only then you can love God.

To them who believe those signs shall follow them,

To be in the hands of God is fearful,

(Rev 22:19 KJV) And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

To trust God no one else can do it for you,

(Psa 16:8 KJV) I have set the LORD always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.

If you said God said something, you better do it! Do it with all your heart, if your heart is not in it. Do not do it.

(Mar 11:1 KJV) And when they came nigh to Jerusalem, unto Bethphage and Bethany, at the Mount of Olives, he sendeth forth two of his disciples,

(Mar 11:2 KJV) And saith unto them, go your way into the village over against you: and as soon as ye are entered into it, ye shall find a colt tied, whereon never man sat; loose him, and bring him.

(Mar 11:9 KJV) And they that went before, and they that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna; Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord:

When Jesus spoke to the disciples to go and bring that Ass, they found the owner and he did know what the scripture said. He did know the will of God. Like Jesus know the will of God, how? By the book. There are many opportunities, but if we hesitate, if are dismayed. hesitations will take and rob us from our opportunities. Jesus said I only do what the Father shows me

(Heb 10:5 KJV) Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me:

(Isa 61:1 KJV) The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;

(Zec 9:9 KJV) Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem: behold, thy King cometh unto thee: he is just, and having salvation; lowly, and riding upon an ass, and upon a colt the foal of an ass.

People cannot sort out there own problems,

First thing people know without any problem is to mourn and bring it to God,

(Isa 55:1 KJV) Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.

(Isa 55:11 KJV) So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

(Isa 55:12 KJV) For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.

(Isa 55:13 KJV) Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree: and it shall be to the LORD for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.

God is touched by our feelings and then you get blessings and you have to exchange, apostolic ministry is in the spirit world

(1Co 15:1 KJV) Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;

Reform first and then God shall reveal to you, and restoration shall take place in your life, God wants to restore first the division between you and your brothers and churches, we have to restore first our division between fathers and son’s. God wants to dream through you. Put His dream into reality. We need to restore unity. We have to glorify the Lord and then we are glorified in him, and one glory leads to another glory.

So be just yourself and do not imitate any other person, start being yourself and listen to the voice of God, you will hear it.

(Phi 2:13 KJV) For it is God which worked in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.

In September the 08 2003 I was invited for a Conference by my Pastor friend Paul Rheeder, after we lost every thing which was on my name, I said that I have no money to go anywhere, this conference was in Welkom Freestate South Africa and one of the Preachers there, Apostle Dr. Andre Pelser, I never met him before, he was preaching and all of the sudden he stopped and said:" where is this brother, in my hart I did know that he meant me, but I kept quite. a second call came and a third and he picked me out, to come to the front with the words: God spoke to me last night, about you my brother and He said that He has ordained you, many years back as Apostle, and today I have to do it in front of all this Pastors, to be witnesses, do not call yourself Pastor anymore you are an Apostle and you have to accepted it. And he started to tell the people what happen to me in Congo. I went on my knees and the Brothers prayed over me.

With this in my mind and hart I went home to tell my wife what happen to me. People ask how did he know, I told them ask him, I only can say, the same revelation Abraham had, apostle Paul, he also got it by revelation thru the spirit of God.

After this nothing happen till I went to another Conference of (AWC) the Apostolic World Conference in Durban in 2004

My brother and Friend, Apostle David Viljoen, who was organizing this Conference. Here I was preaching one night giving testimony about my Congo experience in 2000 and American Pastors came to the front and said to me:

Apostle Hans we want to acknowledge you as our spiritual father and Apostle and God said we must ask you for forgiveness for the Pastors who are rejecting you. And we want to wash your feet. And also here where a lot of people to witness it. Pastors of America and Africa came to the front. To do what God told them to do. Today I am ministering in 22 African countries.

These Countries are:

1 South Africa,

2 Botswana, 3 Swaziland, 4 Zambia, 5 Zimbabwe, 6 Tanzania,

7 Kenya, 8 Uganda, 9 Togo, 10 Ghana, 11 Gabon, 12 Cameroun, 13 DRC, 14 Congo Brazzaville, 15 Burkina Faso, 16 Angola,

17 Ivory Cost, 18 Benin, 19 Namibia, 20 Benin, 21 Malawi,

22 Mozambique, 23 Central African Republic, 24 Central America

I touched Senegal, Mali, Ethiopia and Nigeria

(John 13:4 KJV) He rises from supper, and laid aside his garments; and took a towel, and girded himself.

(John 13:5 KJV) After that he poured water into a bason, and began to wash the disciples’ feet, and to wipe them with the towel wherewith he was girded.

God always gives confirmation, for what He has said through the mouth of a servant.

Shortly after this my first Invitations came.
