My mother gave me an upbringing to know Gods signs and wonders. The prayer and faith was always in our home. And you are truly Jesus bride. Thank you to pushing me to the limits.
I want to give a special thank you to the Evangelist, Perneatha Sherman. If you read this book, I still call you my Free Way to Heaven. I love you for bringing me out of sin. You obeyed God that day in that little church.

PREFACE
People, please prove what you are made of—You must make a stand for the Lord and for yourself. The young people between the ages of twelve and eighteen are influenced by peer pressure. With Christ, you can overcome temptation. There may be times when evil thoughts enter your mind, and lust enters your heart. You can’t control that initial thought, but you can stop it with prayer and the power of "God’s Word.’ The good news is, you can be forgiven for your past; you can have power over everyday of your life.
Proverbs 9:10-11: (10) The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom and the knowledge of the Holy one is understanding. (11) For by me your day will be multiplied and years of life will be added to you.

CHAPTER 1
Birth Into a Sinful Nation
A person is born in sin because Eve started a sinful nation. God was going to give them the power that He is now giving saved people today. But, no thanks to Adam, Adam went along with the plan of Satan to start problems in the world. Children would have been born without sin if they had not allowed themselves to be tempted. The roots of Satan became a part of all human beings.
This girl was a product of Satan’s doing. Her name was Lucretia. She was born in Mississippi of a father who was running from God. He could not give up sin. He liked women and alcohol. He was anointed of God and had been ordained as a minister. His papers were in order for him to preach the Word, or as it is known, the Gospel.
Roman 13:1-2: (1) Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that are ordained of God. (2) Whosoever therefore resisteth the power resisteth the ordinances of God: and they that resist shall receive unto themselves damnation.
Lu’s father met Lu’s mother through her sister, LuLa Mae. She was saved and had introduced Lu’s mother to Christianity. Lu’s aunt was a matchmaker in her church. But, she found Lu’s father preaching in church, and began to work on him to become filled with God’s Holy Spirit. Lu’s mother had the Holy Spirit already. If they were to get married, he would have to receive the Holy Spirit, which was rule of the Church of God in Christ. Lu’s father joined her church and they went to pray every day for him to receive the Holy Ghost.
Luke 4:1 - And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness.
As long as it took, the church people made a person come to church and tarry. The Church of God in Christ made people come and pray with holy people—Holy people are people that have a gift to receive of God, and they are the ones that really speak in tongues—After her father received the gift of tongues and the congregation felt that he had received the Holy Spirit, Lu’s mother and father were allowed to marry. Although Lu’s father was faking it, some say he had the gift of tongues, but lost it later.
Acts 2:4 - And they were filled with the Holy Ghost and began to speak with other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance.
However, Lu’s father was pretending. He did not have the Holy Ghost. He was fooling the congregation. A Holy minister should know the difference. If he would stay consecrated, he could discern the Spirit.
"The Holy Ghost is a gift from God. It is not hard to receive. Clean up your act and in your heart love the Lord and You become a part of His scripture."
Philippians 4:13 - I can do all things through Christ which strengthen me.
God led Lucretia’s mother through all things. —Satan will always try to interfere in God’s work.— Lu’s father was there to step in the way of her doing God’s work.
Four years later, Lu’s father was not teaching or preaching. He was drinking and
