The book started after many years of failure to reach fitness and physical goals. Going to the gym and then stopping after a month or so with no real results, used to be the norm. The body I wanted can be seen around us in magazines and on television on a constant basis.
One of my most important lessons I learned throughout my new journey is the high capabilities of the body. Capabilities much higher than what I had intended for myself. Our success and achievement rate can be so much higher, hence the reason I share these fitness secrets. The power that exists in and around me when I work out today can be measured through results and energy levels on a much higher standard.
Physical training has truly become bliss.
I can see myself in around 90% of people in any given gym only a few years ago. I wish not to see any lack in others who are trying to improve their fitness, however, different levels of physical attainability do exist.
Maximum levels of energy and physicality is available to anyone who wants it.
My intention for the person that constantly joins the gym is to find that much needed energy levels, therefore obtaining physical results you can see in the least amount of effort possible. It is amazing how easy it can be to reach desired results when a few crucial steps are taken. Although days do exist when a person will feel drained, they should be few and far between. These laziness aspects that occur can be avoided and treated in very little effort when realization kicks in.
In this book I have included all the necessary steps for achieving goals which would seem like a massive task to the mind and body.
