    Preface

The Constitution of Our Soul: is the untold, in-depth truth of the journey of the soul’s awakening to the reality of living in two worlds at once: a physical world—planet Earth—and a spiritual world—the universe—and the conflict these dual existences can create.

The book patiently and persistently winds its way through these unchartered waters, dispelling myths and mysteries on its path. Most of these ideas of life, summarily dismissed as fantasies, have probably been the mainstay of our belief systems for centuries. Despite the awkwardness of this, we may find that in reclaiming our lost truth, a pervading feeling of relief is perceived as possibilities of a new and invigorated lifestyle, evolving into the super beings who we really are, unfold. These alternatives can only open in the demise of myths, thus helping to produce a paradigm shift that aligns us with our inner truth, the Constitution of Our Soul.

By investing in the truth of our spiritual journey rather than accepting blindly the belief systems of others, we learn how to initiate freedom for ourselves, losing unwelcome harassments we may have previously believed impossible to shift. We can then breathe a sigh of relief as we discover conceivable options for living our potential and what it takes to do that.

In this world of illusionary ideals, we may have believed or lived worries, uncertainties, anxieties, or dread of the unfamiliar because the simple truth of the power of who we are may have been buried in all manner of dogma. Thise book opens a potential opportunity for us to unlock the door to all the mysteries that have captivated us into a maze-like state, living repetitive days Groundhog Days of our lives. These pursuits diminish the essence of our energy as we attempt to maintain the costly energy discharge in living illusion.

We can further discover the only true pathway to freedom is forged by delving within, through the often-neglected and enigmatic pathways of our soul. Our own constitutions, the book reveals, are conversant with the erudition necessary to empower us to open up this vault of secrets, unleashing our inner force as we do so. Participation in the treasury we have within can guide us to return to the euphoric space, our inherent right, once we reclaim our lost spiritual real estate. Each of these subjects is covered in depth within this book. Also included are life-changing techniques to facilitate the process of unfolding the wisdom of our constitutions. The reason these techniques can invigorate our lives is because they are guided and instigated by the miraculous and transformational energy of the Spirit (Holy Spirit). Each of us has this endowment available once we decide to invest in ourselves and live our constitution with sincerity.

The book shows us how we all must pass through the Gates of Awakening on our journey back to enlightenment. As we commence our journey as a baby when we incarnate onto planet Earth and awaken to a strange environment, we absorb a step-by-step instruction; similarly, our soul designs its journey back to its magnificence with juvenile steps, each of them specific, necessary, special, and profound.

For those curious about the term awakening, this is the soul’s true birth or burst of consciousness, the first step in the system of evolvement each soul moves through each lifetime. It is when our third eye begins to open and function with insights. There is a system of ascending steps for this as we gradually become more aware of a different dimension than the intellectual one we have predominantly been living in.

We may see, feel, hear, or know of confused souls, suspended around us, of whom we may be apprehensive. Once we understand who they are, we can grasp the realities of why they are there and learn to invoke the spiritual support we have to buffer our energy from their engagement. Techniques for this are provided in the book in addition to explanations of concepts (misunderstandings) that can anchor these souls to us.

The book demonstrates how we have become desensitized through ideologies on our journeys (lifetimes) through planet Earth and how such misadventures have helped fashion the maze we are presently living.

It touches on how we can assimilate mass consciousness behaviour as if it were our own individual plan. We can use such examples as following the same news and TV shows, wearing the same brand of shoes, listening to the same music, thinking the same thoughts, watching the same movies, and reading the same books concurrently with many other millions of people around the world, as well as consciously dismantling our integrity with our constitutions in seeking to fit in.

Because of this, we may have less of a propensity to do some individual soul-searching or to trust our inner truth, which may feel drowned out by this stereotypic life, although ninety per cent of who we are is totally out of alignment with living these delusions.

The book involves itself in how each of us is unique and individual with a special message to share with our fellow man. It is this innate desire to manifest the individuality of the wisdom of our constitutions, which bubbles within that can influence us to strive to be appreciated or become famous in the absence of acknowledgment for our prudence.

The book demonstrates for us factually that, until we understand what it is, we may not have any real success in our life endeavours, make names for ourselves or find the elusive fulfilment which only our own soul-discovery will provide the impetus for us to live.

Wood burns because it has the proper stuff in it; and a man becomes famous because he has the proper stuff in him.

    —Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

We are possibly unaware of the energy we call Spirit (or Holy Spirit) a general term for an enlightened energy which surrounds us and everybody else; it feeds our souls and is forever evolving our environments with or without our participation. If we progress and allow ourselves to be challenged by it in our daily lives, we will feel our inherent joy, fulfilment, and contentment. The specific energy that our angels use to guide us is adequately explained in the book.

If we are unaware or unwilling to change with the spirit which unfolds and refines us, the greater the disparity we will experience between our equilibrium and the level of refinement of the energy feeding our souls becomes. Therefore, our sense of anxiety can become more intense as we source this disconnectedness deliberately. Eventually through adversity, this pressure can make us more sincere to seek answers to the questions spiritual awakening engenders, but our pathways in choosing this course take us via the back roads to enlightenment.

As we evolve, our angels ensure that our participation is at a level we are ready for by guiding us through our life’s learning lessons. In the beginning, they offer us small steps, and as we develop more illumination, we are able to expand our awareness of a greater consciousness of planetary energy; freedom is its consequence.

Difficulties strengthen the mind, as labour does the body.

    —Seneca

The mechanics of awakening are covered in depth in the book because it is where all our spiritual conversations begin.

    Introduction to Awakening

Wisdom is not a product of schooling but of the lifelong attempt to acquire it.

Anyone may, equally as I have done, study in the University of Spirit; it is the birthright of each of us. We may need guidance to find the pathways there because they are often fraught with our own confusion about who we are, where we came from, and where we are going. This book can help us remember again the unique system of Spirit. Just as our bodies have a modus operandi involving a profound physical system, our souls are a replica of the universal system of Spirit. Our body is the servant of our soul and mirrors our state of consciousness. We can refer to this as the level of our awareness of the truth of ourselves and our existence. Even the depth of each breath we inhale is inhibited or expanded by our awareness of our soul, as are all physical, emotional, and spiritual encounters in our lives.

Without recognition of these systems and its eventual self realisation, we can encounter deceit, mistrust, and frustration. We can’t learn enlightenment through reading this or any other book, but rather we can develop a predisposition for it, thus allowing the process of awakening to unfold its petals like the lotus flower, permitting the intelligent energy that feeds our soul to present its scrolls as the timing for them arises.

Our angels author much of the script provided for our beginning steps. As we progress on our pathways beyond the scope of this book, our inherent limitless natures can resurrect their abilities to write our own screenplays for our lives and their opportunities to heal and reveal. We can then, in time, with refinement and dedication, even recognise our potential to stand shoulder to shoulder with our angels.

Because the pathway to enlightenment begs our commitment, there are tools and techniques provided to make each step a solid foundation to enable its ensuing progression. We cannot take shortcuts either because our ability to memorize or recite knowledge of soul-discovery is useless to us without experiencing, which is when our energy physically moves to embrace a new truth. For example, we can recall when we have momentous changes or challenges in our lives that force a dynamic shift in nurturing (we lose or gain a loved one), have careers or family life adjustments (such as parent upheavals for a child). These changes orchestrated by outside influences or at least not usually incidental to our conscious decision-making, but rather delivered by destiny, may either be heralded as tragedies or blessings.

I feel confident each of us has had his or her share of experiencing, which has probably been through unwelcome learning lessons. Even though these life-encounters stimulated consternation at the time, they possibly delivered us to a slightly higher state of consciousness.

The book demonstrates an easier way to grow spiritually if we are in coordination with our team of angels and can then choose the manner in which we wish to learn our lessons to initiate the necessary changes in our lives. We can, with spiritual evolution, learn to control our fates.

This book helps us to establish an attentiveness to the multiple messages we receive from our intellect and its doctrines versus spontaneous impressions from our feelings and guided insights from our angels. These inspirations reveal our soul’s constitution and contribute extensively to the core of self and soul-discovery. The disparity between our two natures is covered in depth in this book.

What shall it profit a man if he gains the whole world but loses his soul?

    —Jesus Christ

We can call the energy that supports our revelations our inner guidance, angels, or some of us may be more comfortable with God, but whatever we call it, we all somehow yearn for more of these occurrences or miracles. This book will with our commitment, I believe, assist in opening the natural pathway of encountering this phenomenon, which magnifies with our discoveries.

He who knoweth his own self, knoweth God.

    —Prophet Muhammad

The Constitution of Our Soul has been written in layman’s terms as an introduction to the progression of awakening and explains its steps. By using the user-friendly techniques presented as part of the book, one may find the progression of awakening more easily able to accelerate one’s own spiritual journey, which is the aim of the book.

The nature of information made available is delivered in a detached way, ensuring the writer and the readers are conversing but are not interconnected in a dependency. I want your journey to be what it needs to be for you—an empowering and limitless adventure. You truly deserve it.

Primarily the process begins with healing yourself. We call this the inflow levels of consciousness. This is a broad term to explain the process of healing otherwise known as the steps to maturity or lower levels of consciousness.

The book is layered in its presentation of the steps to awakening where it begins its journey at the ‘me’ level of understanding. It progresses to share deeper insights on the same subjects as this information is absorbed. This is how our feelings operate enabling comprehension and avoiding overwhelm. The stairway to enlightened understanding is then designed to fit our unique stride and pace.

For those who have found real strength in religion, our growth spiritually is never about one ideal, religion, or cause being better than another. Each of them has truth but not all the truth. A person may in those circumstances hunger for more information without necessarily wanting to change his or her style of worship. Whatever we do is okay as long as we acclaim it so. It is always our choice the pathways we undertake.

The book merely focuses on our relationship with ourselves and how essential it is for any spiritual advancement. As we flourish in our understanding that we are a reflection of God, it is easier to trust our inner truth. This book may prompt us to regularly clean the mirror of this reflection metaphorically speaking to enhance this realization. We need to wipe off the marks that may have obscured our belief in our integrity and ourselves. We need to forgive the past, whatever it is, and move on. It sounds simple, because it is if we allow it to be.

The Constitution of Our Soul is not a personal journal but rather a journal of facts recorded, and with inspiration from the reader, it will open the door to a search for greater consciousness and the amazing, miraculous changes it can foster.

These facts have been gathered from the experiences of the writer and many sincere people using advanced tools and techniques who openly shared their steps in an organized spiritual system of self-development. The information in the book embodies their observations of the ultimate freedom they witnessed from each investment of their own inner truth, even sometimes from small encounters of soul-discovery like learning a technique, sharing in a course, or participating in group work.

The writer has earned the privilege to channel the Holy Spirit; (I call Spirit), which is writing down their words. The book demonstrates the various levels of self-understanding and healing one may choose to undertake to enable the steps to perspicacity. There is no ceiling to our growth spiritually. Each person can attain whatever he or she sincerely desires in evolvement. Each step encompasses larger collaborations with our own veracity.

Indeed, the number of people who it has been my privilege to observe become a channel for their angels in certain circumstances is too numerous to recount in detail. It is the usual advancement of soul-discovery. It is obviously another amazing attribute of our natural inheritance of intelligence.

The information in the book although from the source of Spirit in parables and symbols is interpreted into an understandable language. This process encompassed steps beginning at the training in self and soul-discovery through a personal healing process and then developing, often through pain and persistence, self-understanding at more evolved and enlightened states. Having shared with others at all diversified stages of growth, has facilitated its consolidation at high levels of consciousness thus enabling me to write this journal detailing the steps to enlightenment.

Each of us are involved in the process of stretching our aura back into shape and regaining its point instead of living with a round and generally undirected soul shape. There are no exceptions to this spiritual law, and although it may not present initially as a feel-good happening, its ultimate changes are miraculous.

In humility, we who have found the pathway to illumination, whether by turmoil, unavoidable life-scrapes of pain and hardship, the good fortune to have been guided by a mentor, or all three, as in my case and attaining an enviable constant angelic presence, now endeavour to assist others to make the journey and put some footprints in the sand for them to follow. Acquiring freedom through ascending higher levels of consciousness narrows the option of pathways to travel in life deliberately delivering us to the task of ensuring we encompass educating others on the steps to freedom as our priority. The universe becomes more present than our life on planet Earth, and we naturally are driven to liberate others. As I and many before me have found, those of you who find the pathways to a greater consciousness will similarly feel compelled in time to share your insights.

Every man is a channel through which heaven floweth.

    —Ralph Waldo Emerson

The words of the book have found their own journey onto the pages. My commitment has been to turn up to facilitate their manifestation. From my early life, I was always aware of an unseen person guiding me. As a young child, I truly believed it was God, because such was my teaching. Now I know it was my angels delivering me to my soul’s constitution. My angels gave their dedication and total commitment to assist my individual quest for the truth obviously knowing I would one day share it with others. To do this I needed each of these angels for the wisdom of their personal experience.

For the whole of my life, I have been inspired, motivated, and renewed through learning about people. My father was a people person, and he always received people searching for answers with enthusiasm, driven by a generous and caring nature and an open-hearted, giving Christian way. He was fascinated by the revelations I shared. I openly channelled whatever I heard without any reservation. I knew two priests, endearing friends of my parents, who were intrigued by my spontaneous sharing. They spent each available lunch hour with me at the school I attended, and I subsequently returned home on these days with my lunch uneaten. One remained a good friend into my teens until I moved away from my hometown. At an early age and in the right environment, an intellect is not any form of restriction. I lived in a pure world. There were no evil people—at least that is what I believed, and fortunately, my location was very safe.

With my siblings, I explored well beyond the boundaries of our home as the years went on. I invested in friendships with all manner of people during these formative years.

I began school at a very early age because the school’s committee felt my mother was under pressure with managing her children and wanted to show their support for my father, who was extremely active in the community and in particular for the school I attended. As I became a teenager, I wanted to be a missionary. My parents would not agree. My father was not going to allow me to go to some
