Upon reading short story homework during elementary school in the 1960”s Glenn’s father Milan commented” you’re going to have to be a writer someday.” When asked why Milan replied” Because you have a very vivid imagination and you’re gifted in transferring that into text.” Glenn always worked with his hands until the following list of medical issues prevent him from a physical career. August 15, 2001: got run over, spiral fracture of left femur with massive tissue damage, dislocated right hip .March 2002: double pneumonia, coma, large stroke leaving him 100% paralyzed on left side.2004: diagnosed with pancreatitis. June 7, 2008: removed 50% of pancreas,25% of stomach, parts of upper intestines, and gall bladder. Other issues from 2001 to date include 3 hernias, 1 ruptured disc with extensive nerve damage. In 2010 Glenn’s family encouraged him to write poetry, for which he seems to have talent. So here we are. He hopes you enjoy his work and welcomes your feedback. Be sure to watch book stores in the near future for the auto biography about Glenn’s roller coaster of medical mishaps over an 8 year period. It will leave you wondering how much can a person take?
