This story is about how people turned up murdered after their arraignment in a court of law. In the meantime, two detectives named Michelle and Steven; they are working real hard to find out the responsible person or persons for these assassinations and murders. During this time as the two detectives are working hard to find out the true assassin whatever defendant stands before a judge named Sam Mason doing their arraignment and the D.A. named Futch. The D. A. he would ask for a high bail on any defendant then a serious argument will erupt between the D. A. and the judge. But the assassination and murders are continuing on. It turns out at the end of the story, the two detectives together with their lieutenant, Mack and other people, they were completely and totally surprised who the responsible murdering assassin turned out to be.

    APRIL-10-2005—A WARM SPRING NIGHT

    SLUG-LINE-SEVEN-ELEVEN-STORE-(915’PM

    (NO OTHER CUSTOMER’S IN THE STORE AT THIS TIME.)

    (DIALOGUE)

    A medium tall thin Caucasian vigilant dangerous drug attitude wild looking man name BRUCE HAGAN, enter the store on rosemary street in chapel hill. A Mexican employee man name GARCIA LOPEZ, stand’s behind the counter, short looked over at him. (He speaks good English) BRUCE just walk’s over to the potato chip’s and he just open a bag of classica lay’s potato chip’s and started to eat them.

    (GARCIA)

    Sir, you need to pay before you eat. (said he, in a calm voice.) (HIS LEFT HAND OUT IN FRONT OF HIM)

    (BRUCE look’s at the clerk, walking toward the counter.)

    (BRUCE)

    This is A stick up, motherfucker, give me all of your fucking money. (PULLING HIS GUN OUT OF THE WASTE BAN OF HIS PANT’S POINTING IT AT THE CLERK, PAYING NO ATTENTION TO THE CAMER ABOVE THE CLERK’S HEAD.)

    (said he in a loud angry voice)

    (CONT GARCIA)

    Sir, you can have the chip’s, this is not necessary, please leave sir, just leave, please. (said he with a very nervously voice, surprise look on his face, shaking his head no.)

    (DIALOGUE)

    BRUCE, fired one shot into the clerk’s chest, killing him instantly, jumped the counter, clean out all the paper money from the cash register, get cigarette and leave the scene in a white 1999 Toyota Nissan car.

    SLUG-LINE-SAME SCENE (DIALOGUE)

    Ten minutes later two young African American teenage girl’s name TAMMY PEEK and JESSICA KELLY enter the store and found GARCIA laying against the bottom shelf on the floor dead under the tobacco behind the counter. They very quickly ran back out side in shock, using the pay phone at the corner of the store, they dial 911.

    (DIALOGUE)

    As uniform police officer’s with forensic criminology immediately arrived on the scene. As police putting yellow crime tape around the front of the store, other people started to gathering around outside the store as well. Two of the finesse’s homicide professional detective arrived on the scene as well. A medium tall African American women name MICHELLE REYNOLDS, with her partner, a medium tall Caucasian man name STEVE STEIN.

    SLUG-LINE-SAME SCENE—(DIALOGUE)

    REYNOLDS talk’s to a forensic name HENRY, (Caucasian short) coming out of the store.

    (REYNOLDS)

    (sensible)

    So how do it look’s in there HENRY asked her?

    (HENRY)

    Nodded his head no, pointing his right thumb over his shoulder) That guy in there, never had a chance, he were shot at close range, and it is possible he were dead before he hit the floor, look’s like with a 38 to me.

    (STEIN)

    sensitive

    How long has it been since this shooting took place? Do we have any witness or better yet who found the body?

    (HENRY)

    (As he started to walk away)

    Maybe 15 to 20 minutes top’s when this guy was kill,

    (He pointed his finger)

    I think the two black girl’s standing over there talking to your people, (The police) found the body and call it in

    (DIALOGUE)

    As REYNOLDS and STEIN enter the store a forensic name AIL (Caucasian short) were taking picture of GARCIA and the crime scene. STEIN notice the camer on the wall above he tell’s REYNOLDS.

    (DIALOGUE)

    (REYNOLDS talk’s to AIL as he look’s at her.)

    (REYNOLDS)

    serious

    AIL, what do we have here, a robbing homicide?

    (pointing her finger at the camer)

    AIL do you know if that camer were turn on when this crime were committed? (They both look’s at the camer)

    (AIL)

    (look’s at MICHELLE seriously)

    Yes detective, this was a robbery homicide. as if that camer were turn on or not, I don’t know at this time. But we will take the tape back to the lab to see if anything is on it, answer him.

    (STEIN put’s his right hand on AIL shoulder)

    (STEIN)

    serious

    Good job AIL, MICHELLE, I’m going out here to have a talk with the girl’s, maybe they saw something.

    (CONT DIALOGUE)

    STEIN walk’s out the store and walked to TAMMY and JESSICA. (They both looked at him as he showed his badge.)

    (STEIN)

    Hi, I’m detective STEIN, can I talk to the both of you for a few minutes here?(asked he sensible polite?)

    (They nodded their heads yes.)

    (DIALOGUE)

    (In the mean time inside the store, MICHELLE talk’s to AIL)

    (REYNOLDS)

    AIL, do we know who this guy is?

    (asked her with a sense of human?)

    (AIL)

    He have a wallet here.

    (He take’s it out of a plastic bag and open it in his hand His name is GARCIA LOPEZ, also there is a address here.

    (answer he serious.) (He give’s it to her, while he continue taking picture.)

    (DIALOGUE)

    Just as MICHELLE were looking into the wallet, a uniform police officer name ROY(Tall black fat) enter through the door. MICHELLE looked at him.

    (CONT REYNOLDS)

    ROY, have we started a canvas yet?

    (asked her with passion?)

    (ROY)

    Yes we have, but we having found nothing yet.

    (answer he seriously, A little irritate.)

    (REYNOLDS)

    Well, if and when you do, let me know first,

    (nodded her head yes, said her.)

    (DIALOGUE)

    (ROY nodded his head yes and exit back out the store door.)

    (Back out side)

    (STEIN)

    Can you all tell me what did you see or hear,

    (asked he polite?)

    (JESSICA)

    When we walked in for a drink and candy, we saw that man laying on the floor, it looked like he had been shot with all that blood on the floor,

    (said her very serious, a little excited.)

    (STEIN)

    Did you see anyone else, like someone come running out or a car leaving or someone walking down the street? (asked he?)

    (He look’ at TAMMY)

    (TAMMY)

    We were so scared we just ran out of there, when we saw that man laying in the floor. (Nodded her head no) I don’t remember seeing anyone coming out or any car leaving the store. (said her still a little shaking up))

    (STEIN)

    (He take’s two of his cards out of his wallet and give’s it to them.)

    If you all think of anything else, give me a call and thank you guy’s for talking to me. said he)

    (DIALOGUE)

    As STEIN turned and walk’s away toward the store, TAMMY and JESSICA headed for their home’s down rosemary street in a hurry.

    (In the store)

    As two other forensic guys with the county coroner office, were preparing the decrease body for transporting it back to their office. REYNOLDS, AIL, and STEIN took the camer tape back to headquarters on churton street to review it.

    INT-SLUG-LINE

    SAME-NIGHT-NEW SCENE-HEADQUARTER’S

    (CONT DIALOGUE)

    They carried the tape down stair’s to the computer technology room and gave it to a forensic technology name BILL. (Caucasian medium tall, big fat man.) They walked through a glass door where BILL were setting down in a chair. (He turn’s around)

    (AIL)

    BILL, these two detective here need you to rewind this tape. It may have something on it, to do with a homicide
