Sexchef - Paul Phillips
Are you in the mood, for some sexy food?
Here is where you can make Sexy and Romantic meals. Sexchef creates meals for a couple in a relationship that want to do something special for their partner.
004_a_sexchef.tifYes it will take time and effort to produce something with that ‘Wow’ effect, and here I will show you how.
If you can do this for the one that you love, I am sure they will show their appreciation.
Enjoy
Here is a sample of what we will be doing.
005_b_sexchef.tif005_a_sexchef.tifGetting started
Following Sexchef will help you achieve meals for 2 in a romantic setting. So choose what you would like to cook for the one you love. Next step is to go out and buy serving dishes that not only will have a ‘cool and sexy’ look about them, but also are also suitable for the dish.
Do not use your every day plates for this, (see the example on Table setting). The meal plan is for two, so you don’t have to spend too much. Remember, the plates, cutlery and wine glasses, all have to be sexy and appealing to help get that ‘Wow’ effect.
The ingredients must be fresh and of top quality.
The first rule of the kitchen is ‘Wash your hands’.
It‘s not sexy to have the meal on your lap, and in front of the TV. The table and the room, or area you eat in, must be thought out, so it looks perfect for the occasion.
Buying flowers or chocolates is nice for someone. Cooking Sexchef is ‘Pleasure and Passion on a Plate.
Sexchef is not about meals that will fill you up. For example, let’s say your close friend has some chocolates from a famous top of the range connectionist in Switzerland.
You accept it, and Wow, it’s Fantastic and they have 2 or 3 more. But did that fill them up? No, they just enjoyed a pleasure that they don’t have every day.
When you cook with Sexchef, all ingredients must be clean, fresh and the very best in quality, don’t even try to make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear. Much better to have a small piece of top quality food, than a large amount of rubbish.
Enjoy Sexchef meals with the one you love. Quality comes as Standard... Always!!!!
The ‘A.B.C.’ off successful Sexchef experience.
First ‘the tools’.
If you were going to build a house, you would need to be equipped with the right tools for the job. So for Sexchef and any good cooking, your equipment is a must.
What you use as a cooker can in most instances be adapted, the cooking pots and pans must be of good quality. Avoid the aluminium and go for stainless steel. Aluminium is a soft metal and you will end up eating it.
The base of the pan must be thick so as to evenly spread out the heat. So you are looking for stainless steel cookware with heavy thick bottoms, and yes, they are likely to be among the most expensive in the shop. Please look at it this way, a quality pan could last a life time, and will always deliver top results. Cooking pleasure, perfect results and lasts a life time, all that adds up to a good investment.
Next step is you will need quality Sharpe knives. A Sharpe knife is safer because you don’t have to apply force when cutting, and a ‘Steel’ to re-sharpen with, or a knife sharpener to your liking. If you have to buy these for your use, then again you will find that the best equipment has a high price tag. Why? Because a quality knife is made from high grade steel and is well designed. None of that comes cheap, but there again; it will last a life time. Build up your collection bit by bit. Check out specialist kitchen supply shops. If you shop where chefs and cooks shop, then you will have a good choice.
Well now it gets easier, you just have to have some cooking utensils, ceramics (that is the nice fancy, sexy plates, dishes and bowls you are going to serve on), cutlery and a chopping board. You will also see some things in the photos during the book, so you will have plenty of ideas. These items are often not too expensive.
Successful meals every time
If you are going to do something successfully, (in this case, Sexchef meals), then you need to know the secrets of success, and I will now share these with you.
The 3 ‘P’s.
• Preparation
• Preparation
• Preparation
008_a_sexchef.tifIt’s like this, if you fail to plan, you are planning to fail. So let’s take an example. I am making Ocean Bake, (fantastic choice, I know) so I check first all the ingredients I need from the recipe. Make a list, this is Preparation. Next buy the best quality ingredients that you can find, don’t look at the price, you are cooking for 2, yourself and the one you love. And remember if cost is an issue then downsize the amount, never, never sacrifice quality.
And here I have everything I need, laid out on the work top, already it’s looking good. The next step is to do all the washing, trimming, weighing, dicing and slicing, so that all the ingredients are ready for cooking.
009_c_sexchef.tif009_b_sexchef.tif009_a_sexchef.tifNow at This stage I would like to get you a little excited.
You have everything ready in the correct amounts, all laid out beautifully. There is no need to go off looking in the refrigerator or cupboard during the cooking process, so now just take for you, a moment.
Start by relaxing, because as you have been preparing everything the chance is that your neck, back and legs have all been under tension as you have bent forward working. So place your hands at the base of your spine and just gently ease yourself backwards, looking up to the ceiling. Remember to keep your breathing nice and even. Hold this for 20 seconds, and then come back to a vertical position with your arms by your side. Well done.
Now with your arm hanging down by your sides, give them a good shake and let your shoulders drop, nice and relaxed. At this point I would like you to take some deep breaths. Make them slow and deep. Using your diaphragm, draw the air into the bottom of the lungs first. If your hand is on your abdomen, you can feel that this is the first part to rise, then your ribcage will expand and finally your upper chest. As you breathe out, it will be in reverse, so your abdomen is the last to go down. A few gentle deep breaths like this, then you’re ready for the next step.
Find your centre of balance. That is standing up straight and relaxed, your arms hanging down by your side and facing straight forward. Now rock yourself a little backward and forward, feel as you go back, all the weight is on your heels, and as you come forward, it shifts to your toes. You will also notice the tension in your leg muscles come and go during this process. Your centre of balance is when you can feel the most neutral point, this will be when most of the weight is on your heels and a little on your toes/balls of your feet, and there is no feeling of tension in your legs. You are standing relaxed in perfect balance. Well done.
Close your eyes and imagine your arms, that are hanging down by your side are starting to lift outwards. Do not move your arms out in a conscious way, only use your thought, go on, and sense your arms moving out as you apply your will to lift them. You should now feel the sensation of the movement, very, very well
