    Fireball in the whirlwind is based on a UFO caught on tape, as photo- graphed by Perry Yancey, and written by Arnold Yancey. Caught on the video recorded tape august 19th, 1997, in Oberlin, Ohio. The pictures contained in this book are not forged and are original. The Yancey family has seen paranormal activity at their country home for years. The family first noticed the lights over the countryside in the early 60s. The objects became commonplace around the area, often being spotted over top the woods, or inside the wooded area of our farm. The objects would appear day or night, but mostly at dawn, as we would watch from our garage some nights as if it was a show and at times ignoring the events if we had important things to do. Thats how common it was. Always in the northeast part of the sky as they would move in strange an erratic patterns defying normal behavior of anything made by man. Moving across the sky as if moving towards lake Erie, or moving onward through darkness displaying different colors and size. Lord, only the knows what those things are floatn around here, as Mama would say. And she was very upset when she spotted a huge UFO in the front yard one morning, reminding me how she never liked the country.


    The country was full of paranormal activity. Strange events are common in secluded areas.

The country, along with its natural beauty, caressed me to notice the prescience god in the open vast landscape that surrounded our home.  The divine hand of God could only design the spiritual experience of life in the country, with its hard work and rewarding ways. Retired from Ford motor co. with thirty years, and the father of six children,  I now have time for the things I enjoy in life.       GOT THAT FEELING

      "Time for evidence, get a camera. I’d have more of a chance getting pictures of a UFO than hitting the lotto. That’s what I said. Told my friend Pete I was going to get a shot of a UFO and wasn’t long after that same day I showed him the film. I called the police dept, the news, and investigators n.a.s.a research referred me to. No one can seem to tell me what I’ve got on film. So this is my point of view because no one else seems to have one. From friends to preacher, and kinfolk. No explanation from Government. Its like beyond any comprehension of man.

      I’d gotten tired of seeing these things, or whatever flying around me all the time, and it came to my mind that if I should get something like that on film that it would be of importance and not just my point of view, but evidence in picture so that people can see for themselves. Believe it or not. Judge for yourself.

      The spiritual beings photographed are living creatures not made of flesh. This was very mystical and seen to have an animated effect. Well I’m no special effect man, a preacher or a doctor, just an ordinary man, nothing more or nothing less. I’ve seen something and have it on film. I took pictures of what’s similar to that described in the bible. As I began studying the film the likeness of the beings became similar to the living creatures described in the book of Ezekiel. Sounds far fetched, right? The only thing that matches.

      Since a kid in July, 1964 when I told my father, and you know how parent’s are and there answer to the question was get in the house. He told me it was probably a weather balloon, you have a wild imagination he told me.

      I’ve seen them come out of the water since that time . It was in the 80’s, I can remember some of the music we us to listen to. I was with my cousin Mark, a relative who lives very close to lake Erie, in Lorain, Ohio. While traveling down the highway I asked my cousin if he had ever seen a ufo before? I don’t believe in that stuff , he said. I told him to look to his left. He took a look, I looked at him and he looked back at me and said what is that? like I was suppose to know. All I could say it was like nothing I’d ever seen before. As far as being in a jet or something, I never knew that a man could fly. No way humanly possible! As far as I can say, it was beyond any comprehension of man. All the years I’ve seen these things, even with other people, who’s going to believe a story like that?

      My sympathy’s out to people who have seen beyond the realm of mankind and have been branded crazy lunatic, medicated, or otherwise treated wrong.

      If it was not for haveing evidence on tape, I could have been treated as such

      Dear God, here’s the story.

      On August18th, 1997 my brother Perry, who lives just outside of Oberlin,

      Ohio, on the farm where we were raised, along with my mother Naomi, had purchased a video camera and hurried over to my home in Elyria, Oh. to see if I had the time to show him the proper use and care for his new device.

      Inside My heart knew what he was about to do, and the thought engulfed my nervous system with fright, and I was faced with my biggest nightmare.

      He told me he was going to tape the UFO’s out in the country we’d been seeing for years. At the same time and almost every evening the objects would appear off in the distance moving where so ever, left to right up or down, as if to have a will of their own. Mostly over top the wooded areas of land and sometimes close to the house, or who really new how close. I stayed in prayer as advised by my Manna because I was scared. And as I look back now with all my hearth and soul. I know God was there all the time.
