The Truth - Lisa
I Am Glad I got God
I am glad I got you God because if I didn’t what would I do,
I wouldn’t even be living if it wasn’t for you.
I have done a lot of wrong I know in my past,
But you created me a clean heart and made me first class.
You got me from the bottom and put me on top,
So all my bad habits you help me to stop.
So now I am standing and standing tall,
you hold me up so I won’t fall.
You love me any way regardless of what I do,
You change my whole life you turn my black sky blue.
I got confidence in myself that’s why I know how to act,
I feel like I am on top of the world because you got my back.
When my love ones hurt me I mean hurt me bad,
I don’t sit around and cry or be sad.
Because God you are my inspiration you are my rock,
So whenever I think about you that make my tears stop.
That’s why I stay happy even when the rain in my life
Come down hard, I am a true soldier unmovable
Because I got you God.
My Self
I have to live with myself I know,
And die for myself and that’s for sho’.
I don’t want to walk with my head hanging down,
so people can feel sorry for me all over town.
I want to love my enemy as well as my friend,
Because if I don’t I want make it in.
I don’t want to hide what I do,
Because Jesus He watches me and you.
I love to go to church, and I try to be true,
And don’t worry about what people say or do.
I want to be honest with myself you see,
Because I can fool everyone but I can’t fool me.
I want to call on my friend at night,
And they come help me without a fight.
I want to be happy day by day,
And hold out until the end this is pray,
I want to help people as much as I can,
And stay away from my neighbor’s man.
Hey! I’m not perfect I know I’ve been bad,
But if you think you’re perfect you’re really sad.
I want to tell the truth no matter what I do,
Because I have lied and so have you.
But I am smart, because I am trying to make it through,
So I made a step and stop doing what I used to do.
I try to be nice and neat every day,
I don’t think I’m special that’s just my way.
I want to live holy and have God within,
So if everyone forget me I’ll still have a friend.

-Since that day I have had more children you see, and every one of them mean the world to me.
-My children keep me strong, for them I will fight, and go see about them day or night.
-I am for real my children are the apple of my eye, to keep them safe, I will try to walk through fire.
-I think they are awesome, I think they are unique, they help my heart keep the right beat.

After The Rain
In each and everyone life some rain must fall,
And that’s when you will need Jesus most of all.
This statement is important and very true.
It’s not the measure of your problem it’s how you go through.
Your problem might be very bad, but trust Jesus the same.
Because there’s a great comfort after the rain.
Just walk through the rain with your head up in the air,
And know in your heart you got someone who care.
Life sometimes don’t seem fair, you might suffer and be sad.
But after the rain you can rejoice and be glad.
So try to trust Jesus we all go through,
Your maker is awesome and really love’s you.
Think about mercy and think about grace,
They will lead and guide you so you can go any place.
So walk with confident and know that you know.
Jesus got a hold on you and he won’t let go.
Let it be known who you are trusting, and don’t be ashamed.
Because there’s a great reward After The Rain
.
I know it’s bad
I know it’s bad and don’t seem fair
About what you are going through,
You are worried, confused, hurt and don’t know what to do.
I can’t change what happened; if I could I really would,
You may have done wrong in your life,
But now you’re trying to do good.
So that’s why it seem unfair
About what you are going through,
Some might say they know how you feel
But no one knows like you.
So I just want to help ease your mind,
And help you through the rain,
And tell you that life is good, but sometimes it’s a pain.
But hang in there and don’t give up,
No matter what you do,
Because there’s someone out there suffering,
And they are worse off than you.
So count your many blessings and
Hold on to God’s unchanging hand,
And one day you will be grateful and really understand.
You Will be Fine
I know you hurt, I know it’s not fun,
But life is a mystery, sometime the race gets hard to run.
But you will be fine this is a faith walk,
Sometimes you be so depress you don’t like to talk.
You go through so much sometimes you wonder why,
You want to jump up scream and then sit down and cry.
But you will be fine it don’t matter what’s going on with you,
Someone is a lot worst and that’s true.
So don’t feel sorry for yourself you
