In September 2038, the world is bracing for the two strongest storms in recorded history. As a hurricane in the Atlantic Ocean moves toward the east coast of
North America and a typhoon in the Indian Ocean heads toward the Asian subcontinent, no one has any idea that for the next twenty-three days, the earth
will be battered by two of the most powerful hurricanes ever recordedchanging the planet forever.
After an already damaging year that includes a tsunami from a Philippine earthquake, forest fires that ravage the heat-baked northern hemisphere,
mudslides that cause havoc in Columbia, and ice storms that cripple Australia, the hurricanes have no mercy, hitting simultaneously on opposite sides of the planet. A team of disaster volunteers gathered from military organizations throughout the planets many nation states frantically works to help the world battle the hurricanes that soon produce the most rain, lowest barometric pressure, and the highest casualty rate ever documented from a natural disaster. Called the Global Disaster Squad, they are soon taxed to their limit.

DAVID DAUM was born in Ft. Scott, Kansas. He attended the University of Colorado where he majored in astro-geophysics. Since then, he has enjoyed a successful career as an entrepreneur. September 2038 is the third book in the Global Disaster Squad series. He currently lives in Colorado.
