()
About this ebook
You shall know the truth, and the truth will set you free. John 8:32
Tormented by her past, Mildred Towns reveals hidden secret that bring internal freedom to herself and many others. After being married to an adulterous husband, the pain provokes Mildred to seek revenge. She becomes a promiscuous adulteress, very secretive, sneaky and sly. On her request to gratify herself, she becomes worse than the man she loves. During this time Mildred is raped, her children molested, and she has multiple abortions. She turns to God for His grace, mercy, peace and forgiveness.
In the voice of freedom, Mildred states, Its great feeling to know that I am forgiven of my sins and cleansed form my unrighteousness through Gods Son Jesus Christ!
Today, Mildred speaks to men and women everywhere, encouraging them to avoid the temptation of seeking revenge.

Thank You
I give all honor and glory to God, my Father, and His Son, Jesus Christ, for the gift of salvation. I have been delivered and set free because of Your love, grace, and mercy.
To my husband, Howard Towns Jr., the love of my life: I thank God for you every day. You’re like no other and I love you dearly. You’ve been supportive, prayerful, and concerned about every aspect of my life. Thanks for being my friend, my joy, my counselor, my husband, my priest, and my prophet. I love you forever!
To the woman who gave birth to me for God’s glory, my precious mother: Words cannot express the thanks and gratitude I hold within me. You supersede the word, Mother. Thank you for bringing us up in worship and prayer. I will forever be grateful for the love and support that you have shown your children and grandchildren.
I give thanks to God for my family—my son, Minister Kelvin Dooley, his wife, Latonia, and their children, Ahke, Marke, Jessica, Jasmine, and Keona, for their love and support. I’m very proud of you, and I love you dearly.
To my sister, Emma, and her husband, Thomas: You hold a special place in my heart and my life. You’ve been a big sister, a friend, and a mother to me, and I love you dearly.
To my brother Roger; his wife, Frances; my brother David; and his wife, Lucy: I thank you guys for all the love and support you’ve given me. I’m blessed to have your love and support.
To Evanglist Shenita, my niece, and Evanglist Shawn: Words can’t express the blessing of the two of you. You’ve been my Aaron and Hur. I’m thankful for your prayers and all the support you’ve given to me. I couldn’t have done this without you.
To Bishop Jimmy Johnson, First Lady Paulette Johnson, and Mother Johnson for my spiritual growth. You’ve held an important place in my life since I was a child, and I love you.
To the Holy Calvary Church family: Thank you for my spiritual maturity. You will forever be a part of my life.
To Bishop Harris E. Clark, First Lady Betty Clark, and the Kingdom Vision Worship Center family for all the love and support you have shown me. Thank you for seeing the woman of God that I am, and thank you for helping me to become the woman of God’s choice. I love you!

Thoughts
As I sit here and think about what to write about this great woman of God, there are so many words that come to mind, but the word truth best defines what she stands for. Since I’ve known Evangelist Mildred Towns, she has walked in the truth. Here, in this last day and time, there is great need for the unadulterated truth, and who better to carry the message to the people who are hurting and being destroyed by the works of the enemy than this woman who has come to the knowledge of God’s saving power and can relate to many? Her presence in my life has brought great freedom to me and instilled a great desire in me to know that truth and to embrace it. This book has the essential tools to enable all of those to welcome the truth who feel that there is no hope because of lies from the enemy. Proverbs 27:17a states, Iron sharpeneth iron…,
and this woman of God has indeed been a vessel of iron sent by the Almighty God to sharpen areas in my life that have erased lies from my past and caused me to walk in truth.
Evangelist Shawn Hill
Zechariah 3:1—2
And he shewed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the Lord, and Satan standing at his right hand to resist him. And the Lord said unto Satan, The Lord rebuke thee, O Satan; even the Lord that hath chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee: is not this a brand plucked out of the fire?
Evangelist Mildred Towns is a brand plucked out of the fire by the redeeming power of the blood of Jesus Christ for the testimony of His awesome glory. This woman of God was born with destiny in her womb that couldn’t be hindered by the plan of Satan. The truth unveiled exposes the innermost thoughts and intents of the hearts of many who are held captive and overthrown by life’s mishaps. I know that this book will bring healing to those who have been haunted by past molestations, rapes, abortions, and destructive relationships. It’s an honor to be a part of the life of God’s chosen vessel, someone who’s not afraid to cry out loud and share the wonder of God’s redemption. No matter how devastating or hopeless the way may seem, this book will bring hope and place you on a path of purity and wholeness.
Zechariah 3:3-4
Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments, and stood before the angel. And he answered and spake unto those that stood before him, saying, Take away the filthy garments from him. And unto him he said, Behold, I have caused thine iniquity to pass from thee, and I will clothe thee with change of raiment.
Evangelist Shenita Pittman
Preface
Truth is usually challenging and undesirable. No one wants to be told the reality about herself. Not only do we not want to receive the truth, but also we don’t want the truth about ourselves to be revealed. We keep secrets hidden away in our closets under lock and key, fearful of what people might think or say if they knew the truth about us or our situations. Revealing the truth can bring fear, shame, reproach, and emotional trauma. Yet truth can break the chains of bondage and bring release.
God called me to write my truth and to unveil the secrets that have been hidden away in my closet. Exposing my premarital promiscuity, abortions, and adultery to the whole world wasn’t something I wanted to do, even though it was before true repentance and remission of my sins.
Only God, through His Holy Spirit, will open you up like a book to allow others to read you from cover to cover. His purpose in exposing my past is to allow Him to minister to you through my bad choices so that you don’t walk in my footsteps. The generations following me
