Recipes With Ice-Cream - Frozen Desserts - Dennis Adams

Strawberry Dessert
Ingredients
One cup all-purpose flour
A quarter cup packed brown sugar
A half cup butter
A half cup chopped walnuts
Two egg whites
One cup white sugar
Two cups fresh strawberries
One cup heavy cream
One teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
Turn on the oven to three hundred degrees F one hundred and fifty C.
Combine sugar and flour until combined and chopped walnuts.
Take a baking dish and press two third mixtures in it. Cook into preheated oven twenty minutes then cools it.
Mix sugar, egg whites, lemon juice and strawberries. Mix with electric mixer about ten minutes.
Combine cream until stiff and stir in fruit mixture. Cold six hours or maybe all night. Bon Appétit. Enjoy.

Two cups milk
One (seven inch) vanilla bean, split lengthwise
Six egg yolks
One cup packed brown sugar
Three tablespoons honey
A quarter teaspoon
