I first was introduced to Dr Susan Pierce Thompson in October 2015. I was fortunate to see her video on Facebook. I listened to her speak about this amazing program for four hours. I signed up for the boot camp & lost 25 pounds. I then became a Bright Lifer & have lost a total of 93-95 pounds. I reached my goal weight October 1, 2016 & have maintained my goal within two pounds since then. This book is ground breaking & backed up with research by the Bright Line Eating community.
