"The only difference lies in whether someone decides it is necessary to get better. No necessity, no consistent action." – Brendon Burchard
Brendon Burchard is not a fan of feeding lies to his audience. With an exhaustive research, he has built a science-backed book about the habits you need to improve your life in every aspect. What should you do first? Having the right attitude is key for this process, if you are not convinced about this method or aren't willing to see how it will pay off then you aren't going to be capable of profiting from this book. To be successful, you have to give it your all and you can't do that if you don't believe in what you are doing. So, with the right attitude in mind, start building those habits and see how they pay off!
Brendon Burchard stresses that anyone can absorb these habits and make them their own so they are able to improve no matter their current situation. Are you stuck at a dead-end job? No worries! This book is for everyone who has that drive to keep moving forward.
P.S. High Performance Habits is an extremely useful book that will help you develop a set of goals you must accomplish to increasingly improve your quality of life.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5It is a great book that is backed by science and it shows that these 6 habits in the books spread out will have to prove what will and has worked.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Awesome book. Applicable in real life. Highly practical and inspiring.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Brendon's style is natural, honest and trusting. I had read his "The Motivation Manifesto" which was the first book I had read front to back in a LONG LONG time. It was life changing. This book is no exception and truly hits the mark with improving your life/habits. Some of the information is "nothing new" as they say but the way Brendon presents the information really helps with keeping on track and improving all aspects of your life for the better. In a notebook, I take notes as I read and also write out the questions so they can be answered outside of the books pages. This way in the future when I re-read the book, I can do the exercises again and answer them with what resonates with my future self (which will obviously be different from my answers today). Thank you Brendon for improving my life which inherently improves those around me by experiencing the enhancements within me.
