The issues they experienced are typical in all companies. Then the author describes why it is important to fix the dysfunctions. These ideas can be applied anywhere, even at home or with a group trying to accomplish something.

This book really helped me to do an open heart surgey on my team to find out whats wrong. It gave me the ammunition to shoot down confusion that was jumping up in my team structure.
