This is a good summary if you want to learn the basics about OKRs. - Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I think it was a good summary of the key components of the OKR methodology. In other words a good indicator if OKR is interesting for you or not.
A 2 sentence wrap up of the skipped sections (different examples how companies applied OKR) summarizing the key findings of the examples would have been nice, too. - Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5If you're working for a company then this summary is a must-read for you. This will help you decide if OKRs is for you.

For me it was very inspirational in helping me find a unified focus on my project. This will not only save you lots of time but this is just totally so much better because it removed all the unnecessary details that you don't actually need.
