This book is for the busy professional who wants a go-to-guide to great Yoga sessions that range from 1 exercise to a 20 minute cardio routine. I wanted more than just the usual muscle-stretching workouts. I wanted Yoga routines for real world applications such as:

I use detailed descriptions for beginners - or for those of you more experienced Yogi’s that want to get straight to the workouts please see the summary at the end of each routine for a quick easy go to option.

I first discovered yoga about 10 years ago and have been hooked ever since. The benefits I have got from the routines have been beneficial to my health and overall well-being. I am passionate about sharing these techniques to help others to get results and also to find ways to get a workout in despite our busy schedules.Working in the media and events leaves me with little time to work out therefore, finding time to fit in a workout or yoga session did prove difficult until I started using my time wisely and fitting in small but effective routines regularly. Even if you have 5-10 minutes and want to unwind after a long day there are workouts to suit everyone. Make Yoga work for you!

Yoga is my passion and I wanted to distil the most effective Yoga techniques into a time-efficient results-driven set you can perform in your own home.
Many Yoga books have a great number of routines but their actual real-world applications are a little vague. I wanted specific routines to deliver specific results
