About The Author
Chandler Ignaszewski
Chandler Ignaszewski has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. However, he gained his foundational experience as a child. Chandler grew up playing all types of sports and started lifting weights at 14 years old. He went on to be a 4-sport varsity athlete in high school playing football, hockey, wrestling, and running track. In college, Chandler continued his health and fitness journey by running two marathons and competing in multiple bodybuilding competitions.
In Chandler’s first bodybuilding competition he took 1st place and became an IFPA natural professional bodybuilder. He then continued on to compete in the NPC and is now a nationally qualified competitor. He loves taking what he’s learned from his personal health and fitness journey and sharing his knowledge and passion with others.
Besides traditional sports and working out, Chandler is an extreme sport enthusiast. He participates in a range of activities including: motocross racing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, winter skiing, water skiing, wakeboarding, mountain biking, white water rafting, sky diving, and hiking to name a few.
Chandler’s true passion in life is to help others lead healthy lives through proper exercise and nutrition. As a health and wellness coach, Chandler works with clients ranging from professional physique athletes to moms and dads looking to gain energy to people who have over 100 pounds to lose.
Chandler loves to work with people who WANT TO CHANGE. He loves working with people who are willing to learn, willing to work hard, and people who are in it for the long run. He doesn’t want to help people go through temporary transformations; he wants to help people transform their entire lives, forever.
