I am a huge fane of haylie's work so I was a bit hesitant picking up the summary book first because I didn't know how well it encapsulated her ideas, but it was surprisingly well done! Now that i have the big ideas, i will read metabolism revolution to expand on it. huge time saver and it helps me remember the ideas much better. highly recommended!
